Finlay was informative and helpful from my first contact with Northampton Nissan. He sent a video, promptly replied to my queries and had everything to hand when he said he would in my two visits to the garage. A very positive experience in buying my car and I am very pleased with the condition and handover of the car.

Helpful and friendly service, finding me the right car at the right price. Easy process on document completion and signing etc.

Sam was so lovely and very helpful and explained everything in detail.

We ordered our disabled daughter’s first Motability car from Nissan in Northampton. I dealt with the lovely Sam and she made the whole process so easy. Sam kept us up to date each step and handover of the car was quick. My daughter is very happy with the car and looking forward to learning to drive in it.

We purchased a vehicle from Vertu using the mobility scheme.
On our first visit to the showroom we were met by Charlie who went through the various vehicles on offer in the scheme. Once we had chosen the model he then explained the different options including colour.
Once chosen he checked on availability and gave an expected date when to collect new car. We found Charlie had good knowledge of the product and was very attentive.
Date given on first meeting for collection was kept.
We saw Charlie again who gave us a thorough briefing on the various dials and switches and was also introduced to his manager Jordan. Both stating any issues to please contact them.
When we left we felt confident we had a reasonable understanding of the controls.
Thank you Charlie we will certainly recommend your company to our friends.

Charlie our salesman was very helpful and accurate with his description of the functionality.
Good long test drive and a fair deal was achieved.
The pickup was good and well presented in the showroom which was dry and warm so we could inspect the car without getting wet!

This review asks "Tell us more about your experience" In a word "Charlie" Charlie is the salesman at Vertu Nissan who led me on my car buying experience, I nonchalantly called Charlie out of the blue one Friday afternoon in October and said I was interested in a Juke within a half an hour I was in the showroom having been picked up by Charlie, and being show around the Nissan Juke my car of choice now I was recovering from a serious road accident at this time hence new car and `Charlie was empathetic throughout the process and at no time was he pushy or urgent, he just gently took his time and carefully went through the process with me, within an hour I had signed on the dotted line for a brand new Magnetic Blue Nissan Juke Tekna.
Car ordered and looking at early November For delivery. Unfortunately due to my insurers there was an issue that meant I could not pick my car up on November 7th and had to wait while my insurance company "Direct Line" decided if they were going to insure my new car, Charlie called once to appraise me of the situation as well as calling the insurers and "geeing" them on, the important thing was he did'nt keep phoning me up up or texting every 5 minutes or emailing every other day so I was left in peace.
So finally the big day arrived and I went to collect my new car, it was gorgeous a beautiful piece of kit in "Magnetic Blue" Charlie took the trouble to sit in the passenger seat and explain every button and control carefully and in a way that an old man, Me, could easily understand, he did not rush as most salesmen do when you buy anything and made you feel you were the only person he had to deal with today, a wonderful experience and my only regret is, no doubt Charlie will have moved on and up next time I need a new car and I will have to deal with someone new.
