You only make a first impression once !
So my wife and I picked up our new Juke at the weekend, I had no intention to change my car. Our 17 plate Juke was in for a recall on the SatNav nothing major. Our experience with the service department was excellent. With the car sorted our curiosity was awakened to finding out what our car was worth against a new Juke. This is when we met Heather, a friendly none- pushy , knowledgeable, professional saleswoman. We chatted about various models and options and decided on a second visit a couple of weeks later. Heather wasn’t pushing or pestering me to buy anything and all my questions were answered. We sat down and discussed figures and we were delighted with the results. Everyone we crossed paths with in the showroom was friendly and not in your face. We now own a new Juke and love it. My opinion on car salesman was around the same area a politicians! My faith has been restored by Heather and Nissan Sheffield. Thanks Andrew & Rachel

Took me through all the steps needed to arrange everything and recommended any add ons to consider.
Call from Josh after few days to make sure I was happy with everything. I am.

Really helpful and friendly service given by Ben Haydon from start to end, small issue with the model being changed while I was waiting but was very quickly rectified, Ben has gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied, other staff were also very friendly and made sure I knew I could contact them at any time. All in all very happy with Vertu Nissan Sheffield!

Extremely helpful and informative
From start to finish Josh was a great help. Once he found out I had a problem with walking, he did me a video of the car I was interested in. Showed me everything from the tread of the tyres to all the gadgets on the dashboard.

As we entered the the showroom was made to feel welcome.
Andy and James made us comfortable and from start to finish, helped us with all the paperwork and even came on his day off to transfer the car to us.
Went through all the cars features and made sure we we're happy with everything before we left with car.

Very helpful staff
Initially spoke to James the business manager who was very helpful.
When I arrived to view the vehicle I was met by Bilal.
He was very helpful and polite from the start. He took time to answer all our questions in detail and was patient throughout.
He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained things to us in a way that was easy to understand.
He also included my wife and son in all discussions as he knew it was a car for the family.

We went into Sheffield Nissan and never felt pressured, we met Josh Ashley. We talked about what we wanted and he showed us the car we were interested in. We discussed the details and agreed the sale, everything was explained in detail and gave us copies to review at home. Van purchase through a difficult time
I stumbled across Vertu by accident after months of trying to find a van that actually ticked all my boxes. Having been messed around by several other nationwide dealers (in particular one with 5 sides) with vans that were advertised but not even available for months I was beginning to give up. Have to say from the very first contact to the delivery of the van Vertu Nissan Sheffield have been a breath of fresh air. Can't put into words how nice it has been dealing with Peter there after all my other experiences, totally professional and 100% open and honest which makes a nice change. Everything he said he would do he did, he explained from my 1st enquiry the van wasn't in for a few days and had to go through various procedures, at every point I was kept updated, videos sent of before and after of various bits. Travelled up there to test drive and buy the van there and then, fair price offered for mine in Part Ex, at this point we encountered a bit of a hiccup in proceedings, one we had both missed, well I had originally spotted it but forgot to highlight. Again Peter went above and beyond to sort the situation offering several solutions as the van needed a recall to be carried out. As promised he got the work sorted quickly and then had the van delivered to me. Can't recommend Vertu enough I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, open, honest and really helpful. Most of all it's a lovely van :) Excellent customer service which is getting harder to find these days.
