Used Renault Captur
Vertu Motors transferred a vehicle from Reddich to Widnes for me to test drive. This was requested Saturday evening. The car was in Widnes by Monday when I was able to test drive. I purchased Monday evening and collected Wednesday. Staff were kind, courteous, obliging, hospitable and very professional. Rob was outstanding. Great clarity, detail and professionalism. Takes real pride in the car and customer service. Sets very high standards. I was able to feel really confident in my purchase. Thank you so much!

First time using Vertu Widnes and I would highly recommend!
Vehicle was spot on and the sales man Robert was great! He made us feel comfortable and answered everything we asked, he also never made us feel rushed like some places can do. I feel Robert went above and beyond and would highly recommend him and this company.

Dealing with Ben at vertu widnes was a real joy he made you very welcome nothing was to much.He showed me all the instrument dash what does what cant fault it. The delivery of the car was quick paper work easy. Very pleased with the car and the process.

I obtained a car on the motability…
I obtained a car on the motability scheme from nissan at widnes. As a newcomer to motability I was unsure how it all worked but myself and my wife were looked after by a lovely lady called kara jones who was very friendly, professional and informative. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and there were quite a few, not only about how motability works but also about all the technology in new cars of which I am totally ignorant about. I had a couple of queries after we got the car so contacted kara and she was very helpful. 5 stars for kara jones at nissan widnes.

Could not fault the service from start to finish. Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. I picked my new car up a few days again. The handover was excellent and I am really pleased with my new Nissan Ariya

There was no hard sell. Quite a rekaxed atmosphere looked around the showroom and we actually asked to see a salesperson.
