At every step of the way to purchasing our new car the team at Peugeot, Banbury, was excellent: informed, attentive and very helpful. We could not have wished for better.

I received excellent service when I decided to buy a car from Banbury
Jack was polite, knowledgeable and willing to deal with all my requests promptly and efficiently.
The car was delivered to Doncaster and the driver was also polite and nice
Money was transferred easily and I am really happy with my car.

Dealt today with Jamie service manager and sales executive jack Plester I have to say dealt with Jamie for years and had no issues always go the extra mile to make sure everything is done great customer service jack very good also would never go elsewhere to get a car fantastic place would highly recommend

All i can say be CAREFUL ,Brought a Peugeot 3008 from a Peugeot Garage , second hand with 8,000 miles on it , it had already had 3 Peugeot services , , After i had done 6,000 miles in 10 months i took it to my garage for a service , they found that the wet belt was fraying and was told contact Peugeot as this was a common fault , i went to Peugeot Banbury and to start with the staff member said yes we will change it at no cost as a GOODWILL because we know there's a problem with these belts , until he saw the day before's service , oh not done here so we Probably won't do it , so a belt designed for 60,000-100,000 miles and only done 14,000 and all peugeot services before means nothing even tho they know the belt to be Faulty , i guess my Garage putting on a new oil filter and oil it made it fail !!!!!!!

I’d full recommend Vertu Peugeot Banbury, my experience was great. From the initial call to book in for a test drive, to the test drive and sales handover it was so smooth, quick and exactly what you want from purchasing a car. My sales representative was Verity-Rose who was super friendly and really helpful too, we had some specific niche questions on the car during the test drive and as soon as we got back she found the answers out. Overall a great experience

So after writing a number of emails and trying to speak to anyone do you think I have got anywhere no and I tried the ceo still nothing the company has really treated me badly absolute joke

After a lengthy battle with vertu motor Banbury I’m still no further. I bought a Peugeot 3008 16 months ago within the first 10months the screen stopped working within the first 3 months it wouldn’t start (had it investigated) got told there’s nothing wrong, then there was a clanging noise the breaks failed so had them changed. After contacting the person who sold the car Elliot Hedgley I was told there was nothink that could be done due to me having no warranty. So fast forward a few months my partner contacted Stellantis directly and they kindly offered to have the car investigated for free. However I booked the car in to be investigated and was given a courtesy car which I had for over 4 weeks! I was told my car had engine issues, the abs wasn’t working, I would need a new telematics screen, the Cambelt was cracked badly, the suspension had gone, that’s just to mention a few the repair work would cost me £3,700!!! After already paying £14,500 cash for the car!! The service is awful very annoyed and will never purchase another car from Peugeot Banbury again!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS I have now forwarded the findings to stellants in the hope they can help I have also contacted the motor ombudsman as its very unfair. To top it off I was given my car back with a big crack in the window screen that wasn’t there when I took it in. Update after receiving my car back with a cracked window screen which wasn’t there before and no charging ports working and the centre console not put back properly they are saying it’s not there fault, and I have damaged there courtesy car!! Just a money making scheme of a company awful customer service
