I am very sorry to hear that you experienced an issue so soon after collecting your vehicle. We completely understand how disappointing and inconvenient this must have been.

Please be assured that we are treating this as a priority, and the required coil pack parts are due to arrive tomorrow so that we can get you back on the road as quickly as possible. We are hopeful this is simply an unfortunate case of bad luck and that the repair will resolve the issue promptly.
