Fantastic experience with Jordan
I purchased a car with Vertu Motors and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan - I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Jordan was professional, friendly, regular with feedbacks, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure at all, just genuine support and excellent customer service from start to finish. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Amazing dealership
As a leasing company based in York, we have sent our vehicles to Vertu Peugeot Sunderland for a while now due to long wait times in our area. Sunderland have always got us booked in quickly and the lovely staff are so helpful with frequent progress updates. Our main aim is to get cars turned around as quickly as possible ready for the next customer, and Peugeot Sunderland help us to make that happen when we have issues with cars. Never had a bad experience with them!
