A great team
I had a great experience from start to finish. It was easy to book in a test drive, and Angel was knowledgeable and great to deal with throughout. The Vertu team also settled my old car finance with no hassle, would definitely use this branch again.

How it should always be!
From the beginning of our enquiries to the collection of our beautiful R5, our experience was nothing less than superb!! Recently purchased a car from Vertu Renault Nottingham and we could not be happier with the overall experience.Excellent customer service,very professional,friendly and understanding of our needs.We were expertly looked after by Will,who guided us through the whole process from our initial enquiry to collection of the car.Will was very knowledgeable,patient and helpful in every way,ensuring the whole experience was as straightforward and hassle free as possible.Will was excellent from start to finish,a credit to the franchise.

Excellent service
We initially went in to look at a Renault 5, and we were met by Molly who was very helpful, showing us around the car and arranging a test drive.
Once we had decided to buy, the process was efficient without a hard sell on extras.
Molly carefully guided us through the process and the handover of the new car.
We were very pleased with the service provided.

Good experience
Good experience at point of sale and car handover. Staff were friendly and professional and paperwork dealt with efficiently. Care was taken to show functions of the car. Car is in good condition and runs well.

Would like to praise Will Hooley - Thorpe new car sales…
Would like to praise Will new car sales at Vertu Renault, Sherwood Nottingham, he was very welcoming from day 1 , told him my needs ordered car Renault clio alpine, within the hour,
Was kept updated right through to picking up car Monday 9th March,
He even made it a special day by covering over the car , so we couldn't peek at it , until ready to drive away

Seamless experience buying a new Dacia Jogger

From my initial contact with Vertu I can honestly state that they have been one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I travelled over 350 miles to their dealership in Nottingham and would gladly do the same again as their professional approach was outstanding from start to finish.
