I had booked in for my Renault for a…service
I had booked in for my Renault for a service today , I was called and messaged left day before stating my service was at 8.30 and not 1pm , I called to check and was told it’s still for 1pm , on arrival I was then told it’s at 1.30 and would take just over two hrs . Not the best experience , unfortunately this was no good to me especially as when I called I was told it would take around a hour. Cancelled appointment . Waste of 3 hours of my time and money . Avoid them .

Great experience, would recommend!
Bought a lovely black Symbioz today from Vertu Renault Plymouth. Leo Millman was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything and really went above and beyond to help us. We needed a new car before our holiday and he made sure everything went smoothly. Very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend and will be back next time we are looking for a car.

It was a perfect purchase. Renault Plymouth were extremely helpful and informative. Leo in particular should get more stars than what is on offer. Enthusiastic, polite, helpful and informative. Straight-forward purchase
This purchase was very straightforward as I had already pinpointed the car I wanted and the price and I was a cash buyer with no trade-in. However, the salesperson was very polite, helpful and not pushy in terms of extras I did not want. She was also very helpful with the necessary documentation. It was easy to get a test drive.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Vertu Renault, Plymouth - particularly, Dan Evans and the valeting team.
From the sales, test drive and valeting process, nothing has been too much trouble.
Dan was very helpful from the first phone call and arranged for me to test drive in a quieter area of Plymouth as I’m not from the immediate area. This small gesture was greatly appreciated. This coupled with excellent communication throughout the process and attention to detail made purchasing a car so much easier.Thank you!
I really cannot leave a review without thanking the wonderful valeting team who serviced my car. Although, I purchased a used car, to me it’s a new car and my goodness, it looked immaculate! I drove off the forecourt looking like I was driving a car straight out of the showroom. Thank you so very much!!

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. I traded in my old car for another new one. My Sales Executive Dan Evans was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process up to delivery. Would highly recommend Vertu Renault Plymouth.

Excellent service from the Sales Team
From organising a test drive of a Renault 5 E-Tech, discussing vehicle options and finance to the handover of my new car, great service was provided by the team Vertu Motors - Renault Plymouth. Leo Millman, the sales advisor was very helpful in guiding me through the whole purchasing process and providing me with a comprehensive handover.
