I’ve had my Cupra Born a week now and I’m really happy with the whole experience at Seat Derby. The manager Mark was really helpful for initial booking and then I was looked after by Ben Tomlinson on the day. A quick turnaround as I wanted to take the car the same day but it was no problem at all for the team. Ben helped to set the car up to my preferences before I was on my way home. Very pleasant experience and would recommend.

Just purchased our second car from this…
Just purchased our second car from this dealership. We did not know how enjoyable buying a car from SEAT Derby could be on both occasions. We saw Ben Tomlinson this time and from our first contact to vehicle handover he was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable always with a smile. Ben is a credit to the business along with the management team , Ryan and Tom, who we met during our visits. Nothing was too much trouble and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a vehicle.

I have been a Seat Derby customer for a number of years now and this time I had initially dealt with Tom and Joe.
On the day of collection of the new car Ben was who helped me out with the handover and he was great really appreciated him getting it all sorted in quick time as I had to be somewhere at a particular time.
All the team on the day were great thank you for getting sorted for me quickly.

Vertu Derby excellent service
It was Keisi that dealt with me from the start to actually buying the car
She researched really well to find me the right car with all the required options . The car itself is amazing and a dream to drive. I wasn't sure about it being automatic so Keisi was patient with me on the test drive to ensure I was comfortable with it. I would recomend Keisi, particularly for any nervous female who gets intimidated by sales men.Thank you Keisi and if I ever need another car I will come back to you. I love my automatic vw T-Roc xx

Tried to arrange to buy a car, said I was coming up on the Saturday with a car to part exchange, was told without a video call it wasn't possible to do. Someone then purchased the car on the Saturday despite me asking to reserve it etc, poor service, AVOID

Great experience
Dan, was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, he talked me through all the technical stuff and was very patient as I'm not the best.

Bought new Arona ( pre reg) Andy was very helpful as most of deal done over phone .
Part exchange valuation fair and after sending video and pics price agreed and kept to when I turned up to collect car.
All paperwork handled quickly and efficiently. Everything explained and car already less than 24hrs after initial phone call.
All in all happy customer and would happily go back to Andy although it’s 100 mile away.

Perfection as always as I now come to expect from Seat Cupra Derby’s service
Another fantastic experience with vertu. Third car I have bought at the Seat Cupra Derby branch now and have never been let down with the care and service. Keisi, Matt and the rest of the team have been amazing as usual and I’m sure I’ll be with them for number 4! Thanks guys.

Had very good service throughout from Vertu Seat Derby in purchasing my new car.
Fitz was excellent in showing me everything I was interested in for my car needs and helping in selecting what was right for me.
I was kept updated with progress on the order and he spent a lot of time assisting me in setting up my vehicle and phone options (I'm not good with technology). Would definitely recommend and although it is only my first day with the car I am very pleased with it. Very good service!

Not the most honorable dealership
Found a car I really wanted from this dealership and went to my local Vertu garage I have used in the past to secure it via that dealership. Advised them we were cash buyers and content with the price and secured a value for a trade in. All Derby had to do was complete the prep so we could pay the deposite to our local dealership and transport the car. 3 day later we were advised prep was complete however the price had risen by £800! I refused to be taken advantage of because I had said I would buy the car so wished them luck selling an automatic volvo off a seat forecourt. Have now bought my volvo from my local dealership. I note the one I wanted is still for sale.
Update... well Tom, may I suggest a simple TBC against the price or don't put one rather than annoy a potential customer. Fortunately a different Vertu partner had a totally different way of dealing with a sale, and why I bought my car there.
