Toyota is a very good reliable car no doubt about that. I have given only 3 stars because it was a bad experience for me and my wife we did a quote and the add on for seal and protection wheel cover was all put on the bill we did not ask for it. We want to make sure you don’t make same mistake has we did we decided that the car was not for us and we took it back we lost £4000 in two weeks this is our mistake I fully understand that but this garage will not help you out with this sort of mistake. we did the same thing once before at a different dealership and they was more understanding we lost nothing. Garages are there to make money and yes this is our fault not Vertu Toyota I have done this review due to I don’t want Toyotas next customer making financial mistakes like we did you will lose a lot of money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you and your wife have been with the outcome, and I appreciate how frustrating this situation must feel.
When we discussed the vehicle return, we explained that the reduction in value was primarily due to the VAT that is paid to HMRC once a new vehicle has been registered. Unfortunately, unlike a used vehicle purchase, a new vehicle becomes significantly more difficult to unwind after registration, which is why this cost formed part of the buy-back calculation we provided.
We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and while we appreciate your concerns, the valuation was based on these unavoidable factors. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do everything we can to assist.

Experience made easy!
I contacted Toyota Doncaster after seeing the car model I had been looking for advertised online. They were prompt with a call back, their salespeople were helpful and professional. I travelled down from North Yorkshire to see the vehicle and was met by a pleasant receptionist and shown the car by a lovely lady who didn't rush me, was happy to discuss my needs and explained the process clearly. After sales support was good but not pushy.
I would recommend the staff at Toyota Doncaster for anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you for making the whole process smooth and un-rushed 🙂

My experience with Vertu was exceptional
My experience with Vertu was exceptional and it was all because of Daniel Beagley. Dan was very thorough, explained everything clearly and made it a very exciting and enjoyable experience. I left knowing all needed to enjoy my new car and use all the key features. Customer service desk as warm and friendly too, offering refreshments while we waited.

Absolutely great service from the Motability Team at Vertu Motors Toyota Doncaster. I can say without a doubt that Callum went above and beyond to ensure that we had the car of our choice and discussed with us all of the options available.
Clear communication throughout and calls to ensure we were kept up to date on the delivery process and when we could collect the car.

and the staff were very good even made us a loverly coffee while we done the paper work Dan went through all the checks with us and he even contacted Cia for us to arange an apointment for my hoist to be ajusted as it was a little to long for clearance exilent service
