We love our new car
The team we dealt with was great, we were made to feel very welcome and were lucky enough to get a great teal on a pre registered vehicle. We decided to drive 200 miles round trip to seal the deal.Our existing car was 13 years old so the new hybrid is a huge step up and totally different. We decided to have the vehicle delivered and was a little disappointed that the car with 4 miles on the clock was driven over to us, we were expecting it to be on a mini transporter. However the dealership were generous in recognising and accepting the delivery issues to our satisfaction. Overall we were very happy with our experience, but I would like to see more detail giver over so you know what to expect when arranging deliver and other features on these new models.

An excellent experience.
As they always are, all the team at Vertu Toyota Worksop were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Ben, who organised the car sale, was very professional and pleasant. He was excellent in all he had to do and made us feel very content and welcomed. In addition to Ben, we would also like to thank Leo for the help he gave to us. Toyota Vertu Worksop dealership
Toyota Vertu Worksop dealership, gave outstanding, excellent service when I was e when buying my new car.
The service was just excellent in every way, Adrian, Sales Executive was informative, knowledgeable and supportive with all my questions and needs from my new car.
The whole team were delightful when I went to collect my car, nothing was too much trouble & went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. They made my whole experience such a pleasure.

Returning customer, our salesman Dan Holmes was very welcoming. He was very knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful.
One point, I've had two courtesy cars from Vertu Toyota Worksop and the demo car all had front and rear cameras, because of this we believed that these cameras were standard issue. They are not, they are extras we felt that this should have been clarified

Great experience from beginning to end. All staff friendly and welcoming, Sales executive handled the sale with care and attention and was knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Toyota Corolla Purchase.
I bought a Toyota Corolla 2.0L Design Hybrid 2022 from Vertu Toyota in Worksop. My car got delivered on 15/9/25 and the whole experience was first class. I bought the car online and Connor Watkinson was really good by showing me a video of the car and giving me all the information that I required. He kept me updated on the delivery time and I can't thank him enough for all his help. The car is superb too.
