I gave Sophie a hard time, she was always calm & patient with me. I asked lots of questions and if she didn"t know the answers, she found them out. The salesman
The salesman, Jack at the Harrogate branch, was very helpfull. Although the car we had travelled from Chesterfield to see had been sold Jack found another matching my requests back in Chesterfield.
