We recently booked a test drive at Lincoln branch and everything we fully explained , from the different models , specs, and finance available.
Martin was extremely pleasant to deal with , very helpful and nothing was too much of a problem.
Having had experiences with other car companies in the past ( and not all pleasant or obliging) , I would highly recommend this company , and Martin is a credit to it ,

I recently requested a test drive for a VW ID4. From start to finish, the process of booking and then attending the test drive was handled excellently and very professionally. Christian & Lilly were excellent throughout and could not have done more to make sure we understood the car, our purchase options and the next steps. I was delighted to discover that I only had to wait 6 days for the new car to arrive. The process of setting up a PCP was made easy by the team. A very enjoyable way to buy a new car and would certainly highly recommend VW Lincoln.

From first visiting the dealership on 31/12/2025 to collecting the car on 15/01/2026, we were treated with courtesy, efficiency and expertise by all the staff with whom we came into contact, especially Christian and Molly. A test drive was quickly arranged and we paid a small deposit to secure the car. We received frequent texts and emails from Molly and arranged to collect the car when we wished to. Molly’s explanation of the controls was detailed and informative and, to date, we are delighted with the car - but we’ve only had it for 2 days!

We've been there twice during January 2026. They've been fantastic every time. They really listen to the customer's needs and they do exactly what's required to help. Particularly brilliant was the service that we received from Tom and from Christian. Thank you. Sharon and Michael.

We picked up a approved used T-roc and the representative at Lincoln, Molly was fantastic throughout she kept us up to speed with everything happening and couldn't have been more prepared with everything we asked for!

All the staff at Vertu Lincoln were brilliant. They all went above and beyond to make sure that the purchase of my new vehicle went smoothly and bearing in mind the time pressures that they were under they all did an amazing job as a team to sort it all out.

We bought a used Japanese trade in, and were afforded the same professional attention as other customers buying big ticket new VW vehicles.

I found the atmosphere at the dealership very warm and welcoming. Dealing with Christian Joudrey initially I was very impressed with the manner in which he attended to our specification requests on our new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on the product we were interested in purchasing. He satisfied all our requirements to conclude a deal. He came across as very friendly and courteous.
Francesca Fisher took over for the hand over and was equally attentive and went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with all the paperwork and was amazing at explaining the infotainment system and setting it up for me. She explained all the vehicles operating procedures and made sure that I was confident with everything before my leaving the site. She welcomed a return visit or a phone call with any queries.

We have just purchased a vw t roc from vertu lincoln without seeing it other than from a video which was done for us very scary I know but we are over the moon with it. we were told that it was immaculate inside and it is!! From start to finish we were happy with the service we received from this volkswagen dealership a big shout out to Ole and the delivery company

Very helpful salesperson who was easily contactable. kept us informed and made the handover easy.

Only issues are that we were told there would be no three pin charging cable included when in fact three was . We had bought one ourselves andd though we can get a refund it has caused some inconvenience

Also the online identity process for confirmation of the finance documents was very difficult ;it took 4-5 attempts.

Jeni the sales lady is absolutely brilliant; her great smiles and patience from the beginning to the end of this purchase process are the key determination factors to complete the sale.

I have driven VW for many years. I know VW really well and T-guan is a wonderful car. But it was Jeni the human factor made it special.

She deserves a 7 star award and I will highly recommend anyone who would like to get a VW car in Lincoln to arrange a meeting with her. She would look after you and ensure you have a great purchase experience! Thank you Jeni
