Pete really looked after me when I was looking for a new car, he even checked the website on his day off, sending me options of cars I might like. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the extras I wanted it to have and he found me the closest there was to what I wanted. He kept in touch with me throughout the purchase and answered all the questions that I had.

Called in at Virtu VW dealership Skipton.
Blue badge parking taken up by one of the garages own cars (logos on it and no registration plate) - not a good first impression, shows laziness and lack of respect for people who have genuine mobility problems.
Walked round every car which was parked on the forecourt. Not one car for sale had a price on it, or any info like mileage, year, or model!
Very bizarre way to sell cars? If you want to attract customers at least put a price on the windscreen otherwise what’s the point ?!
Maybe I should have taken my crystal ball with me 🤭

Really helpful service and actions which gave us great faith/trust in Vertue Crosshills. We had seen an ID3 for sale in Vertu Mansfield, we paid for it and they had it delivered to the Crosshills branch who we had been dealing with and wanted to stay with. Crosshills Vertu, complete thorough checks before they release a vehicle, there was an electrical fault that they were not happy with and they subsequently rejected the car and refunded us our payment. We were obviously dissapointed, but relieved at the same time; that they refused to sell us a faulty car. I am sure many garages would have just let it go. The service they gave us and trust, secured a customer with them and we have gone onto buy a car which we are delighted with.

Pete at VW SKIPTON was absolutely great. Couldn't do enough for me in the purchase of a used Tiguan. Pete was always at the end of an email or telephone call and turned around the car quickly.

The service we had from Spencer was great. He was courteous, helpful, welcoming, answered our questions promptly and had a sense of humour. There was no sense of being pushed or rushed into making decisions.

Vertu Skipton : When looking to change both our cars and downsize to one newer used vehicle, the sales department were so helpful and guided us through the whole process from start to finish without being pushy. gave us plenty of space to consider options. John especially was most helpful. Thoroughly recommend this garage if you are thinking of buying a car.

This is a follow up review following purchase and collection of used Skoda Fabia on the 22nd February. The car so far has proved to be great and I’m really enjoying it. Principally the transaction was dealt with by Sarah Turner, but I think it only fair to also mention her colleague Chloe who dealt with the hand over whilst Sarah was on her day off.
I found Chloe to be really friendly and efficient. She was helpful in clarifying some of the onboard controls, some of which were unfamiliar territory eg the android phone connectivity and google maps function. All in all it made the transition from old to new car a smooth one.
I can highly recommend Vertu VW.

He listened to my requirements and at no time was he pushy or dismissive. He was able to source the exact car with the spec that I wanted, in fact, he went above and beyond; finding a car that was right for me. Friendly without being pushy on sales. Luke listened to our requirements and gave us the best deal available with in our budget.

As soon as we got to Vertu motors, Skipton, we felt at ease to look around outside at our own leisure without any hassle. When we went into the showroom we were politely greeted and welcomed by Sarah Turner. She efficiently answered all our questions and arranged for us to have a test drive. This brought up lots more enquiries from us which she took the time to answer. When we had made the decision to buy the car with part exchange on ours and the finance option, we felt totally looked after by Sarah. When she was explaining about the optional extras we always felt completely at ease and not under any pressure. Communication was brilliant by phone, email and text so we were always clear about what we were doing. We made three visits to the showroom and every time everyone we met was lovely and friendly.
