They contacted me to fix an issue, then after that it was shipped and I got it rather quickly (had purchased on the 18th of oct, got package on the 27th oct). I ordered the halloween harvest zorua and vulpix and both arrived with no issues and are super cute!

It has been one week since I sent this outfit USD$57.80 for a My Melody soft toy.

I have written to them three times for a postage update and they have not replied once.

I do not know if my money has gone to a Yakuza criminal gang or a legitimate poor quality run business.

The most annoying part is that the item (if genuine) was a special Christmas gift for a special little girl. We are located in Australia.

I suspect that this “Very Good JP” mob are located in Japan and being run by Chinese expats.

Buyer beware!

Scam I paid £40 and all I got was a plastic staple gun that is actually worth £1 so angry got ripped off don't trust this site and also when I go on the link they sent me to track my delivery it comes up sorry this site is closed scam scam scam

My review is mainly on the customer service. No one is responding to any of my emails. I tried reaching them on various platforms but I got nothing. I made an order about a week ago and got a confirmation email, so I am hoping that all is going to be ok in the end and I won't end up being robbed out of a $113.
