Hi Keith, thanks for leaving feedback on your stag do with Richard in Lisbon. The beach day activity was everything it said it was. Drinks, snacks, a guide, beach games. However vip spent 90 minutes on the phone to your group leader, loosing half the activity, you were half an hour late too. Due to you not having a volleyball court, which was never booked or Included in your itinerary, your group made this activity impossible to do. You sent the guide away then claimed there was no food or drinks when I recieved pictures of these. I also recieved photos of your group playing games on the beach.
You then didn't show up to the night club entry organised for you.
We cannot deliver on something we never sold to you and then be blamed for a public beach not having a volleyball court for your group. I would check the itinerary you were sent where everything is detailed.

Your group was half an hour late
You didn't awnser the guides calls
You told the guide you had booked volley ball
You then spent 90 minutes arguing on the phone
The guide came back because I asked him to after you told him to leave
You said there was no drinks then just 1 drink each
I have a picture of all 4 drinks per person
I was then told no materials or games were brought, I received a picture of the box of equipment.
I then recieved a video of you playing the games that were on the itinerary.
Very dissapointing behaviour from a stag group we spent a year organising.
Only to now have all of this negativity and even reviews from girlfriends that weren't even on the stag do.

Dear Richard, thank you for your review, which we were expecting, as you had stated you were going to do this.

As spoken through multiple lines of communication in numerous amounts of times, we understand your frustration and are upset that your weekend didn't go as you had planned albeit you had your itinerary.
As mentioned previously it is your given write to carry out the negativity on socialmedia.
We feel that we gave you and delivered everything that was on the itinerary, therefore a significant part, was not in fact, missing, issues were raised when you asked for something we hadn't promised, a volleyball court.
As a Company, we pride ourselves on the fact we have never had a negative review, however, this has been caused by your misconception of what an activity was, even though it was written in black and white.
Everything in your weekend was supplied and for an extremely good value for money.
We see no need to go into this in depth or in details, as you have this all in email already.
