Perfect service

Found this website after searching for a specific product namely Prime100 kangaroo fillet treats. My dog loves them, I use them for dog training. They are very healthy cooked premium kangaroo with no hidden nasties, like salt and food colourings.

The product was easy to find on vetslove pets, checkout was smooth and had free delivery options. After purchase, I was kept informed throughout the process until delivery, Will shop here again.

Amazing website to stock my dog’s food and sometimes purchase the medications from them too.
Delivery is always super fast, usually 2-3 days to Melbourne. Really happy to find them.

My vet told me to use this website and now I know why - it's awesome! Not filled with junk brands like lots of others and i got my delivery way quicker than the one I was using before.

So glad I discovered this website! I have been using them for about a year now and have been so impressed with their reliability and customer service. Nearly all my deliveries have arrived really quickly and the one time it didn't, their customer service team helped me sort out the issue with Australia Post. My dog is on a regular prescription medication for her heart and VLP makes it super easy to order my repeats!

I placed an order for Prime100 SPD Air Dried Turkey & Flaxseed dog food on 3 March after the product was listed on the website as in stock and available for purchase. Payment was taken immediately. Shortly afterwards I was informed the item was actually out of stock, and the estimated restock date has since been pushed back multiple times. The latest update would mean over three weeks of delay for an order that was supposedly “in stock”.

Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. The exact same issue occurred with my previous order of dog food from this store, where a product shown as available turned out not to be in stock after payment had already been processed.

What is particularly concerning is that even after these delays and notifications that the item is out of stock, the website still currently lists the product as “in stock” and available for purchase. This makes it very difficult for customers to rely on the accuracy of the store’s inventory when ordering essential items like dog food online.

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses should not accept payment for goods if they know they cannot supply them within a reasonable timeframe. Repeatedly advertising items as available while later advising they cannot be supplied raises legitimate concerns about inventory accuracy and compliance with those obligations.

If you are searching for Prime100 dog food or other pet food online, I would strongly recommend confirming stock availability elsewhere before ordering.

I ordered food twice from them. They promise fast delivery and it arrived in 3 weeks after I put a strong claim. The apologised saying they were sending it from the wherever instead of where they claim to be and blamed the transport company. The second time was even worse....I ordered in on the 26th of november an as of the 17 of december the order has not been processed at their end. I buy dog food online all the time and this is the WORST company I have ever ordered from...they just don't care about you as a client or your pet. Run away from them.
