They were very friendly. No wait. Helped me out so much when Europavar didn’t honor my reservation since I didn’t have my international license. Great price too!

J'ai mis 1 * parcequ'il n'est pas possible de faire moins, mais franchement..
Véhicule réservé quelques semaines avant notre départ via bsp auto.
Le jour J notre vol à eut 4h30 de retard, arrivée à 0h30 au lieu de 20h. J'appelle BSP auto pour leur faire part du problème, aucun soucis pour eux, l'agence de location est prévenue, ils nous attendent.
Après avoir traversé l'aéroport de Rome,nous voilà devant le comptoir ou je donne mes papiers etc... Nos ennuis ont commencer là puisque le "charmant" mr a décidé que mon permis n'était pas valide puisqu'il était abîmé. Certes il a dû vécu, mais il est encore parfaitement lisible. Ce brave mr refuse donc de me donner mon véhicule. Il propose de me refaire un contrat au nom de mon amie, mais ont doit repayer 350€. Nous refusons bien évidement.
J'ai été voir l'agence voisine qui m'a confirmé que mon permis était bien valide, mais qu'elle n'avait plus de véhicule pour nous.
Nous voilà à 1h du matin, sans voiture à l'aéroport ou nous avons passé la nuit, avec une ado en situation de handicap en fauteuil.
Nous avons fini par aller chez le loueur voisin le lendemain matin, qui nous as trouver un véhicule.
Inutile de préciser que je ne recommande absolument pas ce loueur, voleur.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst car hire experience of my life. Upon arrival at the check in desk we were informed that both of our bookings (we had booked two cars through Stressfreecarrental.com) had been cancelled.

When we questioned why this was we were told that this was because we were over 1 hour late to the desk. We explained that our flight had been delayed and that we had been held up by an excessively large queue at passport control, but this was dismissed by the Viaggiare staff. They mentioned that they would not have cancelled our booking had we provided the flight number on our booking, but as this is not a mandatory field when completing the booking this was not something that we were aware had to be provided. As we were only 1.5 hours late I requested that the vehicles that would have been reserved for us would still be made available but I was told that there were no vehicles available, which is ludicrous as there is no way they could / would have re-sold those vehicles in the 30 minutes between their scandalous deadline and our arrival. It feels like a blatant and unnecessary lie. This left my family (2 adults and 4 children) in a stressful rush to secure another car from another provider. Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY...

Nous avons loué un véhicule pour 2 semaines au départ de Rome. Notre vol étant retardé, nous sommes arrivés au kiosque avec 1h30 de retard. La personne au comptoir nous informe qu'elle ne peut pas nous donner notre véhicule, qui n'est conservé qu'une heure après l'heure choisie lors de la réservation.... oui oui,c'est écrit dans les toutes petites lignes du contrat..... en effet....
En revanche. il peut nous en louer une autre (la même en fait!!!!), 4 fois plus cher (presque 1000€ pour 15 jours). Du vol, une grosse arnaque.
Par principe, on s'adresse donc à un autre loueur, mais malheureusement sans réservation préalable, les prix s'envolent. Ils nous faut un véhicule, donc on en loue un à un prix exorbitant, pour 1h30 de retard de vol.
Fuyez ce loueur (nous étions passés par do you italy en intermédiaire).

We booked two cars for our family holiday with Viaggiare through VIP cars. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Despite providing our flight details via VIP cars when we arrived at the Rome desk, despite being the only customer we were ignored for 10 minutes whilst the desk attendant conducted a leisurely phone conversation all the time avoiding eye contact. He then insisted our booking was automatically cancelled after 1 hour and refused to provide us with our hire cars despite being unable to show where in the contract this one hour rule was shown. He was curt and belligerent and eventually just walked away from the desk leaving it unattended. We eventually had to book with another desk via VIP.com who were also unable to persuade Viaggiare to honour the contract also pointing out it had no contractual basis. Unbelievably poor customer service, avoid them like the plague. It was pretty clear they were motivated by leasing out our cars at higher rates than contracted using the flight delay as an excuse.

Wir haben im Januar einen Mietwagen gebucht und bereits bezahlt. Weil sich der Flug um 30 Minuten verspätet hat, das Gepäck knapp 25 Minuten länger gebraucht hat, und die Person vor uns auch noch mal 15 Minuten in Anspruch genommen hat, waren wir 70 Minuten nach der bestellten Uhrzeit am counter. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass die Bestellung oder Reservierung bereits aufgelöst wurde. Fakt ist wir haben kein Auto bekommen, standen wieder bei null dort, obwohl wir alles bezahlt hatten und eine fixe Buchung hatten. Ein Katastrophenverein.

Nous sommes tombé en panne le lendemain de notre location.
L'assistance ne nous a pas répondu, juste ça nous dit que ça aller nous rappeler.
Heureusement nous étions a Pompéi.
La dame de l'accueil c'est battu pour avoir une personne par mail et téléphone et au bout de 5h enfin une personne a pris contact avec nous.
Après 1h pour que la dépanneuse arrive résultat journée gâché.

Avoid like the plague! They kept our entire deposit, though there were no marks on the car. We recorded media of every part of car and they sent us a picture showing a dent that was demonstrably not there when we sent our photos and videos taken on returning the car. We have had no response to our emails and the phone number goes to nowhere. We are 500 Euros down six weeks later, for NO reason.

Disponibilità, cortesia, ascolto, flessibilità. Inoltre ho apprezzato molto il fatto che abbiano recuperato la giacca che avevo dimenticato in auto, molto meno che l'abbiano "custodita" in un'area non chiusa, da cui qualcuno l'ha sottratta.
