My wife and I had four flights into and out of Bali in the last month and we used AirportTransfer.com to get between Ngurah Rai airport and our hotel in Sanur each time. We had a consistently great experience. It was very comforting to receive a text from the driver prior to the pickup, sometimes hours in advance. The drivers were always prompt, in one case arriving at our hotel a full hour early for a 5am pickup. When we flew into Bali, the driver was in the airport carrying a sign with my name on it. We provided our flight information when we reserved a ride, enabling the driver to adjust when one of our flights arrived late. The drivers were unfailingly friendly and polite and usually spoke reasonably good English. The service was inexpensive. We had some challenges with Grab in Bali and felt this was a much better option there.

Correct driver

Pick up both ways successful, polite drivers, transport clean and fit for purpose. Would have got a 5 star except very early pickup to get us to the airport. Ended up with us being there earlier than we needed to but better early than too late. Overall we would definitely use this company again, great value for money and a slight hiccup on our part was fixed professionally and fast by the company :)

We had Fuad from PT. Kanaku Trans Nusantara. I can't describe how wonderful it was having him as our first encounter in Bali. He's always smiling, so friendly, price was reasonable. Honestly, we've been traveling across SEA for a while and it's people like Fuad who make this experience so lovely.

Company kept intouch prior to arriving at the airport. They give you WhatsApp contact incase of problems. Driver arrived on time. We had return transfer to airport, the driver arrived at the hotel in time. Would definitely use again.

Our driver was right on time, picked us up at the cruise terminal and delivered us 40 min later at the Ft Lauderdale airport. The driver, Edwin, was friendly and courteous, and we felt very safe with him driving us. We will absolutely use Airport Transfer again.

Took a transfer from Marrakech airport into the Kasbah area. Communication beforehand was very good. I received lots of confirmation emails and also messages on WhatsApp from the company and driver to keep me updated. My driver was very professional and friendly and even walked me to my Riad on arrival and made sure I entered safely as it was evening time. Highly recommended.
