I had mixed experiences with AirportTransfer. Some bookings went smoothly with punctual and courteous drivers, while others lacked reliability. On one occasion, the transfer didn’t show up, and customer service was slow to respond. They ultimately refunded me, but no apology was given. Improvement is needed for consistency. Decent but unreliable at times. **3 stars.**

nach Reklamation bei Airport Transfer wurden Beweisfotos Geschickt wo es taghell ist aber bei unserm vereinbarten Termin war es noch stockdunkel .

Did not honor commitment after flight delay
Did not honor commitment after flight delay. No coordination between company and driver. When we realized there would be a delay, we emailed the driver who didn't respond. After landing on delayed flight we were able to call him -he said he wasn't responsible and to call the company. Company voicemail was full. Finally managed to connect by email with company who said we notified them too late

Worst transfer ever
Worst transfer ever, I booked a transfer for 13 people plus nine luggage from Singapore airport to the city, the transfer company turned up with a 9 seater transfer and said that was the most people they could get in the minibus with luggage, we had to book another transfer for the same cost to get everyone to their hotel after a 14 hour flight, 7 adults and 6 children, I’ve been given the run around ever since by airport transfers saying they need to speak with the supplier, please be aware this is not a direct booking with any particular company, they are a 3rd party supplier and farm out your booking to anyone that will accept it, do yourself s as favour and book direct with a transfer company.

Very good service. Updated with information before flight regarding pickup tracking our flight. Managed to get all of our bags in the back and all seated very comfortably with four adults and lots of bags. Very friendly and informative driver. A good experience
