Sehr zu empfehlen
Ich habe den Transfer gebucht, als ich nach London geflogen bin. Unser Flug verspätete sich um zwei Stunden. Der Fahrer hat trotz Verspätung auf uns gewartet. Er hat auch nichts extra dafür verlangt. Wir haben den Transfer dann auch für die Heimreise gebucht. Beide Fahrer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Firma sehr empfehlen. Sollte ich nochmal nach London fliegen, werde ich wieder dort buchen.

Fair price, brilliant service
We found that the price was more than fair, and cheaper than transfer offered by the travel agency.
At arrival we were delayed, but the driver was waiting for us in the airport.
At departure we had to amend our pick up time, as we was not sure of the time. AT helped us fast and without additional cost, to make sure we could make the departure time.

Edinburgh Airport Transfer
First off, in comparison to other offers I received, the pricing is really affordable. Mr. Yosunov, the driver, was waiting for me when I arrived and drove a spotlessly clean car while being polite and professional the entire time.

I have used Airporttransfer a few times…
I have used Airporttransfer a few times now and apart from the first one that we had an issue with, the rest have been fine. And, they are a lot cheaper in most cases to other similar companies.

Amazing Transfer Service

Easy booking to Barcelona Airport (BCN)
I made a last minute booking the night before my flight trip for the second day morning and my booking got approved within one hour.
There was a problem to book the transport using AirportTransfer.com's Android app as the block/unit number of the address was omitted. This caused some confusions for the driver during the pick-up as he couldn't locate my precise location.
Bassel, who was part of the Airport transfer.com's support teams reaching out to me to clarify on the matter and issue got resolved within 30 mins.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience - they do not have all the information about local practices. The driver was not waiting at the arrival hall with a board with my wife's name on it as it was presented upon booking and confirmed by customer service, she waited there for 20 minutes. When I confronted them about this and told them it was unacceptable and that I want a refund for failure to fulfil the service, customer service told me: "Not possible; The driver is there, we have proofs(sic)" . In fact, the driver was not there but in the parking lot, my wife had to struggle with large pieces of luggage and 1 infant in a baby buggy and a small child to go after these people in the parking lot. The reason the driver did not come to collect her from arrivals as I paid for was that they needed a copy of their visas to wait there. Airport transfers failed to supply this information in good time, customer service was incredibly rude and contradicting themselves every step of the way - first they said they will be greeted with a board with my wife's name in arrivals, then he said this is not going to happen. I could have used Uber or Bolt for less than half the price under the same circumstances with far less hassle and aggravation. The whole idea was to have a convenient service but this was anything but that and very frustrating to top it all off.
I do not recommend this company, you are better off using a ride hailing service!!
Dangerous driving!
Upon talking to me wife she informed me that the driver was performing very dangerous maneuvers and driving aggressively and cut another person off. That person then got angry and honked for a long time and go in front of our car and performed very threatening and dangerous maneuvers.
Poor hygiene
The smell of sweat was so overpowering that my wife felt nauseated for a couple of hours after she arrived at the hotel.
Absolutely horrible experience!!

Excellent Service, would recommend!
Excellent Service, arrived at Barcelona airport and our name was on the board. Driver came into the arrivals terminal to greet us. On the way home, driver was on time and came inside the hotel to collect us. Would definitely use again and also definitely recommend. Takes the stress out of working out transfers and this company is reasonably priced too.

Very happy with trips booked from this company from Zaragosa Airport to a central hotel and a return journey. Courteous and careful drivers. Both drivers were where they were supposed to be at the right time. Happily use these people again.
