Don't use this company
Don't use this company. We booked a transfer from the cruise port to the airport in Athens. At the designated time I contact them on WhatsApp since there was no answer on the phone and they then tell me that our taxi (for 13 people) is not coming. According to what they said they received a message that the car had broken down. Nobody contacted me!!! And they could not give us a new one. They said that we should take taxis at the port. Of course there was a long line and made it very stressful and also became 120 euros more expensive.

I do NOT Recommend This Company
I made a transfer reservation with this company. There are always possible cancellations or delays during the trip. We couldn't get on the plane, and I immediately notified the transfer driver and the contact number of this website, informing them that we were not allowed on the plane. However, they were absolutely no help and refused to refund. I requested a change for the next day and they asked for all the money again. They do not help you with any problems. Do not make a reservation from this company to avoid losing your money.
We have used Uber in our holiday in Europe afterwords and more happy with uber is best Secure system that everytime was very quick and payment is done after transfer. Suggest you to do not use AirportTransfer.com

Problem do to cancelled flight
Arrival to Express hotel in Nuuk, Greenland went ok.
My original flight was cancelled and they knew it.
I was at the hotel Edge with no information of the return flight.
Then the taxi driver came to the hotel reception to take me to the airport.
Airport taxi was never ordered at that time.
I got information from the hotel downstairs that the taxi is there to take me to the airport.
I thought that the taxi driver knew what he was doing but he did not.
There was no flight for me at that time.
So I took the taxi.
It took time at the airport to get the flight i did not have. Taxi driver thought that I have for some reason.
Then I get a message form Icelandair that flight is not possible today.
So I took a normal taxi back to the hotel.
So the taxi driver came to the hotel to drive me to the airport for a flight I did not have.
And that on the time never agreed.
And there was never any given information of my new flight.
I did not went to the airport to find that my flight was cancelled because I had no flight.
I went there because the taxi driver wanted to take there
But I thought that the driver knew that I have a flight.

Simple to use and easy booking process. They promptly sent confirmations upon booking. The actual company that did the transfer contacted me to provide their contact information and their driver was waiting for us despite the flight being 45 minutes late.

Fantastic service
Felt like a real VIP from the second I booked, all the way to when we were dropped off by the AirPort. The driver Danijel tracked our flight, met us just outside the custom, carried my wives suitcase, and gave us lots of good info during the drive. Then he was back 10 days later, on time, and took us back.
Highly recomend Dsnijel if you go to Split
