Come after a hour of calling , fixed the plumbing issue, cleaned all mess that was made, very polite very helpful, very respectful x

Electrician Ben Bradley came out this morning from vico homes 5 year check fantastic service very well mannered lad job was done without any fuss very clean and tidy thankyou very much.

Was a nice young chap that came, I reported it because there was no compression and needed adjusting, he as made the handle tighter, and glued the door were it cracked,
When the painter came out, they said a new door was needed,and they had been told to fill cracks in and paint over them. The cracks are still there

Still waiting for same repairs round about a year now, reported same problem with new company from wdh and still the same ignoring it, different name same employees so can't see it getting any better for me anyway

The tradesmen are good polite have got the job done quickly gets on with job I was very pleased and the trades man was polite

I was a joint tenant with the person I provided care for! This person threatened me with a knife and was arrested and instructed to NOT return and was sectioned! She's been taken out of the mental health unit and houses, told to be awarded rent to end the other tenancy and SO, I was told that I am losing my property because only 1 person has to terminate the contract for it to ended and thus I I face eviction on these grounds!

They listen to u if u need to change an appointment on short notice and offer another appointment suitable to u

Their major works team approved and built a ramp for my neighbour, which completely blocks off our electricity meters. I cannot even open the door on the electricity meter cabinet. I telephoned them and asked them to correct this. The advisor I spoke to was completely disinterested, tried to push me to a different service, and then insisted I fix the issue myself. I had to demand assistance. This level of poor service and refusal to help is appalling. Vico Homes is a ridiculous company with a ridiculous name.

The tradesman took parcel from the letter box on front door. Please check with this employee. Explain it's on camera. Thanks

The staff are First class and very professional individuals
always carry out a job very well

They are useless, they lie to you they don't help and they don't listen

Most of the staff are rude impolite. Don't explaine properly. Insist you've signed things you haven't. Like new tenancy agreements. Vico homes do not follow the law . But cannot provide proof of these signed items. As someone who looks after there home was told my garden was that of a house owner rather than a social tenant. It's to well looked after .

Quick at answering the phone. Very friendly lady and so helpful, a pleasure to speak to someone who not only addressed my problem but also gave me information as where to go for other help. Thank you so much.

The problem on my boiler was fixed quickly and I've been also advised for eventual issues on future.
