I wish I had looked here before ordering.
The packaging was dire and for items so expensive you would have thought much greater attention would be paid to it.
Evri was the delivery provider and the box was crushed and the actual eye pencil inside had been virtually snapped in half, with eye pencil all over the inside of the box.

What a crap experience. There is nothing luxury about it. I ordered some eyeliners that they sent in this crappy envelope the pst office shoved in my mailbox. The boxes the eyeliner are in are squished. I have not opened them for fear they would not allow a return. They want to charge a $5 fee to return and must evaluate my request for return. I’m going on vacation and must do the return right away. So annoying! Also is this luxury company so hard up for cash they need to charge $5 to send it back? Will not be purchasing anymore products from them after this ghetto experience.

These are undoubtedly lovely products but the service from this so called luxury brand is embarrassingly grasping miserly and poor. I was given a free foundation with my order. However after checkout I was charged nearly £100 for it. When I sent them the clear screen shot of checkout showing it was marked as complimentary gift £0 they just said tough. It was actually breathtaking that this supposedly high end brand wouldn’t honour their own provision even if it was a technical error on their part. Will never support this brand again and the company should be embarrassed of itself.

Placed an order in February, never received. Customer services keep claiming the refund has been processed, my card company say it hasn’t. 9 weeks down the line and no further forward. Appalling customer service.

While the kajal eyeliner quality is great, the colours are not entirely as one would expect. I bought the olive green and is actually more black than green. I bought the cinnamon as it was advertised as being the closest to a brown. It’s actually more a brick colour. The pencils are pricey so I suggest be extra careful when choosing your colours as the advice received from the chat box is not always true to form.

Bought the posh balm however very disappointed with it.

Horrible horrible service. I ordered their eyeshadow and discovery perfume set. I waited and waited and they shipped it to California but for some reason it got shipped back to their warehouse in NJ. THEN they deleted my records but luckily I screenshot the order and the who signed for it at the warehouse in NJ. WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN- what a scam company!! Should have read the reviews before I paid. Will probably do a charge back on this order!
UPDATE as April 18,2026- Got my refund from PayPal because the seller never responded to dispute. If they don't refund recommend to go to your credit card to do a chargeback.b

Bought several - issue with Posh Lip lid not staying on / popping off. Emailed customer services X 2 and no response. Won’t be buying again if they can’t be bothered to reply about faulty products.

I have been overjoyed with both my purchases, the packaging is beautiful and the products I purchased are amazing. I usually buy YSL but I am a convert. The eyeliner are especially good. Would highly recommend.

Really disappointed- placed an order and forgot to click which of the samples I wanted to try (really wanted to try perfume before buying). I immediately emailed customer service and there is nothing they can do- in this day of technology they can’t send a message for it to be added to my order, and they don’t care enough about customers to send it out separately. The advice was to wait until I received order, send it back for refund, then repurchase it. Apparently they will take this on board for future customers….no words.

The app doesn’t take pre orders or waitlist. Brushes promised in March not available until may. Lack of customer service. Promises never met! Wish I hadn’t purchased anything. Very disappointed.

I’ve purchased, eyeliner, mascara, liquid blush and lip balm amazing quality. No smudge mascara is exactly that, the blush is amazing lasts all day and I’m obsessed with the lip balm.
They are top quality products, I’m surprised by the low ratings it really does not justify the quality of the products.
I’ve purchased twice delivery was within 2 days and customer service was within 24 hours.
Don’t let the reviews put you off or you will miss out
Stock is short because it’s sell out, Selfrigdes sold out too not just her website we all want VB makeup products.
I’m just being honest, don’t listen to the negative reviews try for yourself lady’s and gentlemen, I’m obsessed with the products.
My water prof Chanel mascara smudge’s VB’s is another level. 💕

Well firstly you notify customer that there will be delayed dispatch on the purchase receipt. The out of stock issue should have been notified on the purchase page. Second when I emailed you next day I was told you had some stock and my order will be prioritised and dispatched as soon as the day you answered. Two days later I’m receiving an email saying you will not have stock. I was leaving the country and specifically ordered pencils to use together with the one which you refunded. I have no use for the other two. Especially given the price. Customer service is a joke and it’s seems that different members of staff are giving out different and contradicting informations. Utterly disappointed with VB. this is disgusting

I love the perfume 21:50 Rêverie Eau de Parfum, had a sample smelt fab. So I bought the perfume + Hand Cream. Hand cream smells awful, not of the perfume. The perfume isn’t as strong as the sample. Really disappointed spent a LOT of money on it. Won’t be caught out again.

I ordered makeup products but I never received them. There was no trucking for the order and when I tried to contact customer service no response whatsoever. Sent multiple emails but not even one response
They took my payment that’s all. Highly recommend not to purchase anything from there

Nothing is ever in stock. If you are lucky enough to buy a product and like it. For ever getting it again ! The stock management is shockingly bad

Customer service has been amazing, quick to respond and sorted my issue out with no issue’s.

I purchased some eyeliner and am so disappointed. The tip broke off as I opened the package, the supplies pencil sharpener is useless as the pencil doesn’t fit so you end up with a stubby little pencil. I ended up using a brush to apply. The pencil is very fragile and won’t last long as it’s so small and can’t be sharpened. Would not buy again

Excellent eyeliners terrible mascara. £33 Vast Lash. Awful. After many coats it looks like I am without lashes compared to my trusted Lancôme brand or Hour Glass one.
