Immediate Refund
I received my items promptly but unfortunately the size was incorrect and I returned them, I was refunded immediately, even before the items were collected. And then ordered replacement items and I was so pleased with the quality and service.

The staff at the Victoria Beckham store in Bal Harbour were very kind and helpful. I needed to find a formal dress for an event later that day, and they helped me find the perfect dress for the occasion.
All of the dresses I tried on were beautiful, and I’m truly happy with the dress I purchased. I felt confident wearing it at the event :)

I ordered some of my VB makeup online
I ordered some of my VB makeup online
I didn't receive an email to confirm
The next morning I called VB shop in London
I spoke to Paula at the shop and explained to her
She said she wasn't able to check my order but would get in contact with the makeup department for me
Paula then text me and said she had passed over my details to them
But she didn't stop there she continued to help me
She is an asset to VB company and her customers services is amazing
She made me feel very important
Tonight I got an email from the makeup department and my order is on its way ready for my trip away
So thank you Paula
