Cameron the salesperson was brilliant as was Richard the installer. Victory really need to support their good quality product and team on the ground, with better head office / customer service.

The lady designer provided and excellent service.

The sales process through the franchisee was smooth, but the service level dropped from 10 out of 10 to zero as soon as payment was completed and the central office took over production, delivery and installation.

At installation, it was immediately obvious that the curtains had been cut to the wrong length and were touching the floor. This was a basic error for a standard product. The installer acknowledged the problem and assured me that a replacement would be fast-tracked and delivered within three weeks.

That did not happen.

I then had to make several follow-up calls to chase Victory Curtains and Blinds. It took them weeks simply to investigate the issue, despite their own installer having already identified the problem. Apparently, floor-sweeping curtains required further research.

It has now been two months since payment was completed, and I still do not have correctly fitted curtains.

Mistakes can happen. What is most disappointing is the lack of urgency, ownership and goodwill in resolving a problem caused during production. Victory Curtains and Blinds has offered no meaningful restorative action, such as a small discount, despite the repeated delays and inconvenience.

A service failure can be an opportunity for a company to rebuild trust. In this case, the way the problem was handled only made the experience worse.

Had I known what the after-sales service would be like, I would never have placed the order. The lower price was not worth the inconvenience, poor execution and repeated follow-up required.

The curtains may be too long, but the after-sales service has fallen rather short.

Sales Representative knew her products so well and her recommendations were right. Installers were efficient and professional and left no mess behind. Company easy to deal with from all perspectives.

I love my curtains and blinds, they are a big investment for me but worth every dollar. The choice was easy and the installation seamless

All the people i dealt with were great, helpful and they all kept me in the loop.

Had first measure and quote for vertical blinds replacement and had another person come to check first measurement and found mistake which i had to sign of on. Payed the deposit however had to pay the balance before installing which did not feel right.
While installing found they had got it wrong and the wrong brackets supplied so had to wait for Victory to get the right ones as they did not have stock.
When they got the right brackets ( weeks) they came to install and found verticals wrong length - too short.
Another 6 weeks to wait for new length verticals to be made and was told they would be made a priority however finally got them.
Would have given no stars if i could as the management of the company were very hard to deal with and even tried to say it was my fault as i had signed off on the original problem found in the second measurement.
Will never use again and would advise anyone else to use Dollar curtains or Wynstan or anyone else for that matter.

Steve was prompt, friendly, gave advice when asked, listened and took my wishes onboard. He was kind and respectful and careful to get it all right. He sent the paperwork through the same day as he had said he would.

Victory Curtains and Blinds are great. The blinds installed are a fantastic product and look great.
Steve was absolutely wonderful he handled everything and made the whole process easy and stress free.
I would use them again and definitely recommend Steve and the company.

paid a deposit (50%) in december, and was requested to pay the full amount prior to installation in january. after countless of corrections, 6 months later we still dont have the right curtains and sheers installed. bedroom curtains are 1m too long, holes in the sheers, glue or something left all over our windows after the installation, and to top it off - the installer was the biggest prick in the world.

An excellent experience from initial planning and measurement through to installation day. The products (plantation shutters and double roller blinds) were of a high quality and have transformed my windows!

The customer service level from Victory Blinds is appalling. They fail to return phone calls and they take weeks to reply to emails. I paid my deposit over 6 weeks ago and have just received a confirmation of order dated 2 July. This is the 2nd time this year I have used Victory and the level of customer service has been the same in both instances, extremely poor and despite using them many times over the years I will never use them again. Be warned!
Have received what I’m sure is an AI generated response that provides no information about the delay. I have sent emails requesting a phone call but that hasn’t happened either. Their competitors must be rubbing their hands tigether and I will post more reviews to get the message out there. Do not use Victory Blinds.
