Victory Curtains and Blinds レビュー 

I ordered blinds and curtain sheers. Throughout this process I was the one chasing Victory for my product. When I first called chasing up my blinds, I was advised they had been in the workshop for 1 week, why was I not contacted on their arrival?. On installment, the blinds had lifted my window board off the wall as they didn’t use a big enough screw. Reporting damage, I didn’t hear back for weeks. Again, I had to be the one chasing Victory. I called chasing up my sheer curtains, again to be told they had been in the workshop for 1 week. The day of instalment, I hadn’t heard from the technician with a time of arrival, it was midday by this point. I called once again and chased this up. Technician arrived by 2:30pm, of which he advised me that Victory were unable to locate the correct brackets. So it was not installed on this day. He told me Victory rescheduled for the following week, I was not made aware of this new date - no communication from Victory! Very disappointing, poor customer service, poor communication.

NEVER EVER CHOSE THIS FRAUD COMPANY! please spare yourself from waste of time, unprofessionalism, ignorance . Sales person measured wrong, instal day came after me chasing them as never heard back after money paid- waiting around for tech to come and he is not able to drop thru tiles so had to leave . ( one job) . Then chasing them ( while being on hold longer than government places ) to get someone to come and finish - finally booked it - without telling me and just found out only cos I rang again. Second try - only to find out - one window blind is wrong size and the other window they lost second blind roll . Not to mention sales person lied about the way blind will be installed and got the battery on a wrong side. It’s like you would not be able to mass it up if you wanted on purpose in so many areas. Getting involved with this company is biggest regret. And they are not cheap. Office of fair trade is next step.

Job is not completed - tried numerous time to get get someone to finish as stated which has implications with other trades. Will need to source solution from someone else at our expense. Never ever recommending victory blinds

At this stage, as much as the product could be good, but not much better than many other retailers (especially if you do not need special sizes) we still have a blind on the floor for the past 9 months as no one is completing installation .
PLEASE NEVERR PAY BILLS unless jobs are competed

come on time explained what we were getting got blinds to match other units in the village in line with body corporate rules

So happy for Victory Blinds that they are doing so well they can't be bothered getting back to me with a quote after a week. Guess an $11000 plus blind and curtain package isn't worth their time.

Fiona was very professional and helped us decide on colour and fabric for two Roman Blinds.
Pascal who installed the blinds was very efficient , kindly dusted down top of window frame then installed the blind.
He took away the rubbish and left bedrooms nice and clean.

I had a great experience with Victory Blinds Brisbane. It was so easy to make an appointment and Cameron provided excellent advice. Ian was our installer, he let me know when he'd arrive and installed the blinds perfectly. The whole experience was hassle free.

They used to be good - bought several blinds through them, but definitely will not be a returning customer in the future. Motorised blind lost its programming and technician came out and fixed it. Said it should not happen again - but it did. Rang at the end of Jan and was told a new part would be ordered in. I rang back at the end of February to find out about progress only to be told that due to a mistake, the part hadn't been ordered at all. I rang in March and was told that the part arrived the previous day and that a technician would be booked for Mar 17. Took a day off work on Mar 17. I tried to ring to find out approx time that the technician would arrive. I was kept on hold for over a half an hour, and three calls later, I find out that the technician had called in sick and wouldn't be coming out. No attempt by Victory Blinds to let me know this. The phone system and on-hold process is appalling and communication processes are poor.

This company does not care for their customer, only interested in payment and then fail to deliver
Spent close to 20k on curtains, blinds and shutters to receive a curtain that was dragged through dirt and then installed, called customer service and was told to email, no response. Followed up and was told it would be taken care of but nothing happened. When shutters finally arrived I reluctantly made payment to only receive half of them due to their site measure being wrong. A week later one of the sheers has broken off the track due to a dodgy install (track was joined and not in alignment) I don’t believe this amount of investment in new product would only last 3 months use
Disgusting, DO NOT CONSIDER DEALING WITH THESE RIP OFF MONGERS. Totally in trustworthy company

Beware public, if ever you need your blinds repaired by these installers, you're in for a big surprise.. and not a good one! Have been waiting for a tiny part to repair my blinds (which were purchased and installed by Victory Curtains and Blinds) since September 2025. Have paid them in full for the part and repair, but still no joy. The last communication was an email from them in January, and still nothing after making numerous phone calls. Perhaps they have closed down? Or is this just exceptionally bad service?

Smooth experience from start to finish and quality products.

It’s been 6 months now and I still don’t have my $12000 blinds
No one response from anyone when I call thy don’t know what’s happening with the order

Good service all the way through . Love my new roller blind. It looks good and is doing an excellent job of keeping out the glare of the afternoon sun.

Absolutely delighted with my new curtains! The fabric quality is excellent and the installation was completed sooner than expected. Kay was wonderful to work with — she helped me choose the perfect colour for the room and the result looks fantastic.
Communication with the company was easy and smooth throughout the process. I would happily recommend Victory Blinds to anyone.

Friendly, efficient service, and good value

Avoid at all costs. One of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. Ordered motorised outdoor blinds in Adelaide in October 2025. Initial target installation was for Mid November. That date passed and we were assured they would be installed by Christmas at the latest. After paying the full contract cost and much chasing up a single installer was sent the week before Christmas which was completely inadequate for the size of the job. One of the blind facias was inevitably dropped and damaged as a result so blinds were not installed. They have now been sitting in our driveway for close to 8 weeks. Despite repeated assurances that the job was a priority we still do not have an installation date and the company still holds our full job payment. Communication from the company is appalling and most calls are unreturned and require multiple follow ups. After chasing again today advised that earliest date for installation would be early April, more than 6 months after initial order.

The service was excellent, Menka was very professional and new the ranges, the quote was no fuss and excellent value for money.
Both visit to quote and installation were seamless.
I would recommend Victory curtains.

Very Disapointed after waiting over 3 months for our shuters to be installed it has finally happened, they were to be installed before christmas 2025 but they were delaided because of the check messure. We should of be compensated for this stuff up. Overall we are very happy with our shutters.
