Consultation and installation went well and I love the look of the plantation shutters , however follow up for an issue with two of the shutters has been slow, and Im still waiting (7 days) for someone to contact me to advise when this issue will be addressed.There was no delay in accepting deposit or full payment before the order or installation progressed. I am disappointed with the after sales service.

Dealing with Victory Curtains and Blinds has been seamless. The measure and quote by an experienced Sales Consultant to installation of lounge room blinds and outside awning was done very efficiently. The cost was also very competitive.

Steve the rep wrote down the incorrect colour of my blind- what I have is nothing like the rest of my blinds at the front of my house. I have sent the correct colour to the service department - no reply. I have emailed twice now with no response- very unprofessional. I will not accept this one blind as it is completely different to the rest-

The sales rep (Steve?) was friendly, professional and efficient proving us with a quote on the spot. The young man who installed the curtains and blinds was also friendly, professional and efficient.
Steve's measurements were accurate and that made installation easy. Sorry - I have forgotten the installer's name.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in Melbourne.
Completely unprofessional , they outsource all their work to 3rd party contractors who have no idea.

My curtains the not even measured properly.
Curtains are lopsided , touching the ground on one side and completely uneven in the other side .

They Ignore all emails and expect to sit on the phone for hours waiting for support to answer .

Currently in the process of legal action against them in (VCAT in Victoria) .

Stay well away from this company if you value your sanity .

The blinds and shutters were perfect. Quality was great and they look good.
The only issue we had was the two cancellations in the one week when we made the effort to be home that day.

We had a reasonably complex requirement to address glare issues in several rooms in our new townhouse. Rod Mattock in the Melbourne team was outstanding in helping us solve how we could use an innovative approach with some Victory products we didn't even know existed. He was extremely well prepared, listened carefully and was patient and respectful in walking us through his recommendations. Once we ordered, his attention to detail was immaculate and the installed blinds were delivered on time and work and look exactly as we had agreed. A genuinely positive experience and my family are thrilled with the outcome which provides not just the glare reduction we needed but heat reduction and a great look as well, that perfectly suits our home. Efficiency and professionalism throughout the entire process. From measuring and installing.

This is my second round of replacing old window coverings for my house. Sarah was the consultant both times and she does a fantastic job. She has fabulous colour co- ordination, practical advise, she's friendly and very informative. My house looks fantastic, couldn't be happier. The first round was delivered one week earlier than estimated. The installer did a great job and was quicker than I expected. No hesitation in ordering from them again.

The company and staff were great to deal with and the blind looks good; just one small thing: my old blind took one twist of the wand from closed to open and open to closed, the new one takes eight!

We ordered electric blinds from Victory Blinds in September 2025. After months of waiting, they finally arrived around 2Jan26 and two of the blinds didn’t work at all.
On top of that, the blinds were marked with black stains. Our tradesman still fitted them and submitted a fault report to Victory Blinds.
When we contacted Victory Blinds, they claimed they had no report and said they would follow up and call us within two weeks. No one ever called.
We’ve since phoned multiple times, been given the runaround, and received no solution. Emails are being ignored completely.
At this point, we’ve paid for faulty products, had them installed, and been left with two non-working electric blinds and damaged fabric — with zero accountability from Victory Blinds.
This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. If you’re considering using this company, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you may be left chasing them endlessly with no resolution.
Extremely disappointed.

Initially very good but unfortunately we had a part missing and even after multiple calls and emails still no resolution. They now are not even replying to my emails. Very disappointed

Warranty claim after warranty claim. We have now had three major faults with the blinds that took multiple extra weeks to get installed. Today we had installation of one of the replacements and the new blind has more problems than the old one. If the build quality hasn't been bad enough, the customer service has been woeful as well. They have multiple different trading names/ABNs. And obviously have used fake five star reviews on Trustpilot. Do not use this company. Don't make our mistake.

Although i did need to wait for quite an extended period. When the boys arrived to do my fitting that were very efficient and handled the job well and quickly and took away the damaged blind, very pleased.

For the first few years my blinds were perfect but suddenly both motors stopped working and almost 12 months later I am still waiting to get them fixed/replaced. V C&B's preferred option is for me to pay another $6k to have the blinds replaced even though I was told new motors would be easily replaced for $175 each when first installed. Still waiting for a response to a resolution.

Do not recommend! Our blinds were measured by a sales consultant and when the installer turned up to installed, he was surprised to find out why we only had one measure and told us he had issues with the sales consultant measurements before! So great start!!

We Paid $2500 for these block out and sheer blinds and all have been faulty. They are not the right width (so they don’t block out light!!!) they do not wind up evenly or like today, they do not wind up at all (as the chord disconnects), they are full of dents and bumps).

We have tried and tried and tried to get a response for a warranty claim. And we are getting nothing. We emailed the sales department, who told us they forwarded our email to management - still nothing!

This is now a consumer and a safety issue. Melbourne just went through a heat wave and we cant open our main balcony doors (meaning we can’t get any air into our apartment - this is a safety issue!).

We have given ample opportunity for this to be rectified - over a month!
