Just to set a proper expectation, the shipping confirmation you receive is to confirm that your order has been handed to the courier and processed for delivery and it may take 10-15 business days (UK Delivery) or this may shorter or a bit longer but we will definitely let you know if this will take longer than usual.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry that it did not work as promised but if you don't mind me asking, what particular reason did it not meet? I ask you this so we can take note of it and improve it.

Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to customers, we make sure that they will come to your doorstep in perfect condition and that we packed the correct order you placed. However, this one may have regrettably slipped past those checks and failed to live up to our standards.

Hi Chloe, we're truly sorry you still haven't received your order. Our partner local courier usually attaches a Delivery Confirmation Photo and we can have a look at it but if still none and it's been 7 days after the confirmed delivery date, or they have confirmed that they failed to deliver it and returned, I can reship it for you. Hi Eduardo, I want to sincerely apologize for the negative experience that you had with us and we apologize for not being able to respond to your email ASAP. I understand that you only want to hear an update about your order and I'm really sorry that it worries you that you still have not received them and as we strive to deliver orders as fast as possible, we may ship it out from our other warehouses, depending on the availability. We wanted to make sure that all orders will be fulfilled and shipped efficiently so it can be from any of our warehouses all over the world, either from Arizona, UK, or even in Hong Kong.

We truly appreciate your feedback and we apologize for the confusion. It seems that you're confused about the order confirmation email that you received about your order that will be shipped out in 1-3 business days for delivery. Kindly note that shipping process is prior to transferring your parcel to our local courier who will process the custom clearance and some document transfers, after that, your order will be delivered to your doorstep. After your order is shipped out, a shipping confirmation email will be sent you with your tracking info. We apologize for any frustration you are experiencing with your order. Hello there, C Davies! Thank you for your appreciation toward our product and we are truly sorry that it did not work as promised. We also apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you.

If you don't mind me asking, may I ask which feature of the leggings did you find disappointing? I know this can't make up for the inconvenience but may I offer you a new pair of leggings? We can make an adjustment on the sizes so we can see if it would make difference on the fitting or you may want to try it on a different color, just let me know and I will process it ASAP for you!

Hi Hanna, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand this can be frustrating to wait for your order. I'm really sorry for worrying you or for making you wait. If you've placed an order on March 24, it should've been shipped out for delivery within 1-3 business days and once shipped, it may take up 10-15 days as stated on the confirmation email sent upon confirming your order or this can be shorter or slightly longer depending on the number of requests, but our warehouse team will always do their best to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible.

Also, please expect a few processing delays from certain periods due to a multitude of factors. Such as COVID-19 related restrictions, specifically the new measurements placed in the shipping process and customs because of the new surge of cases; or warehouse issues such as inventory deficits, which could cause your order to take up to 20 business days to arrive after the purchase. (Though, I have checked and we currently don't have any issues at our warehouse, so I'm sure that your order should be delivered soon).

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, and we are working hard to get your package in your hands within 10 days of placing the order as usual.

Please write me back with your name and order ID so I can check any updated tracking details from USPS. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated. Thank you!
