The amount of information available is different for every VIN. Not every accident, repair, service visit, ownership change, or mileage reading is recorded digitally or shared with external databases. Therefore, the absence of a record should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular event never occurred. Our reports are intended to support the vehicle-buying process, not replace a physical inspection, test drive, document verification, or assessment by a qualified mechanic. DO NOT PAY!! It’s a scam, they won’t tell you more than what you know already, brand, model, year, and that’s it, they don’t even bother in replying to their awful reviews here on trustpilot.com, they rather get bad feedbacks and keep your money than refund you, you can see how cheap they are.

Can only agree, RUBBISH
Can only agree with comments about being rubbish - I only wish I had read reviews before purchasing, and thank goodness only few pounds involved. The actual report only contained stolen database report which I already had from dealer.
The main thing to watch for is the green tick in “Manufacturer Information” which LEADS you to believe you will get “Specifications” which is what you WON’T get! (It just reveals who the manufacturer is ie BMW which , of course, is already patently obvious, assuming you’re looking at a BMW)
Don’t be duped -leave well alone!

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish - the sample report bears no resemblance to what I actually received. Total rip-off which supplied me only with information that I already have from the registration documents and supporting manuals and documentation. Do not use these people.

I paid to receive the same information I had before paying!
I received ZERO relevant information about my vehicle.
Before making the payment though, they trick you into it saying they have information about mileage, checks, etc, but i got NONE!
Waste of money.

Wont get what you expect
Not surprised that there are only 1 star reviews for this company. If you are trying to get build data for a car (I have been trying for VW) don't bother. On occasion it might work and it has for me sometimes. But most often you won't get any data or not the full data record. For most VW cars you should get 190 to 200 lines of code. Often they will list 102 lines which is a generic car with no options. I have disputed this with them but they won't listen or give a refund. Don't use!

we’re sorry that the reports did not consistently provide the detailed Volkswagen build data you expected. The number of equipment codes and specification entries depends on the records supplied for a particular VIN, model, year, and market. For some vehicles, only a generic equipment list may be available, while others have a much more detailed specification.
Our vehicle history report is not intended to replace an official manufacturer build sheet, and a specific number of option-code lines cannot be guaranteed. We understand, however, that receiving only generic data after previously obtaining more complete results is disappointing.
We also regret that the handling of your complaint and refund request did not leave you satisfied.

het spijt ons dat het rapport alleen de merknaam bevatte en voor u geen bruikbare informatie opleverde. Bij een nieuw besteld voertuig is doorgaans nog geen gebruiks- of schadehistorie opgebouwd. Daarnaast hangt de beschikbare informatie af van wat voor de betreffende VIN in onze externe bronnen is geregistreerd.
We begrijpen dat een rapport met uitsluitend basisgegevens niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Het spijt ons ook dat de afhandeling van uw verzoek om terugbetaling voor u niet bevredigend was.
