Good start, rapid decline
Initially the sales experience was positive when I purchased my car in September 2025 from Vindis Huntington.
That’s where the positive experience stops.
Multiple minor issues arose with the car, there was a GDPR breach, and my complaint which was raised with Vindis at the end of November wasn’t responded to until the end of December - and that’s with VW Customer Services chasing on my behalf too.
Fast forward to end of February 2026, the car I purchased in September has been in their workshop for 6 weeks, and is now waiting on software coding from a central technical team. Thankfully I’m lucky enough to get regular updates now and have a courtesy car - possibly the least Vindis could do.
If you’re looking for a slick selling experience then Vindis will be great for you. If you’re looking for piece of mind and a good customer experience after the point of sale, where people genuinely care, I’d be shopping elsewhere

Buying a used approved car the bare minimum is done to the car.. expected more from a main dealer and didn’t think I’d need to check the car over as much and felt very underwhelmed with my experience
Shocking after sales treatment
Bought a 25 plate £40k Cupra Leon Hybrid in Oct 25 on PCP from Vindis Milton Keynes. In December I had to call breakdown as my charge cable couldn’t be removed so therefore couldn’t drive. Breakdown services sorted the problem very quickly.
Feb 26 now and 15 warning lights and faults came on so unable to drive. Called Vindis in Milton Keynes and was told that the earliest they could have a look at it would be April. They may be able to get the car in for a software upgrade on 27 Feb but couldn’t be sure that this would be the issue. I asked if they could supply a courtesy car and get the car picked up as I didn’t feel safe driving it. Unfortunately they don’t do this but they could hire me one at a time £42 per day. So would cost me £1,638+ to hire provided they would fix it on the 1st April. Alternatively I could call breakdown and they would pick my car up. I asked if someone from the service team could give me a call to try and prioritise the issue as all the person that I spoke to on the phone could do was access the service teams diary. Unfortunately no one called so I’m without my £40k car for another few days. Absolutely disgraceful treatment.
Excellent Sales support at Huntingdon
We Visited Huntingdon Audi (Vindis) yesterday looking to finalise a choice for a new car. We arrived to see and sit in the specific new model of vehicle we were interested in. We were welcomed by Sales Executive Ryan Smith who listened to our requirements and spent time advising of the benefits of the vehicle based on what we were looking for. Ryan was excellent and provided quotes for different versions of the vehicle whilst my wife and I continued investigating the vehicle. The staff, including the Sales Manager, who we met at Vindis were excellent. Ryan provided a professional and appropriate level of engagement and support to allow us to conclude our choice.
If I could give no stars I would.

Visited Cambridge Skoda showroom on 18th Feb 2026 essentially to order a brand new Octavia. I asked for help with a few questions and was told someone would help me. Obviously the ‘I’m one of the managers’ didn’t feel I was worth the time so he instructed a young lad to help me. Unfortunately this person was more interested in his iPad than selling me a new car. After 5 minutes of me standing waiting the ‘manager’ asked me if I had managed to open the boot, in response to one of my questions. I said I was waiting for help. The lad after yet more seconds finally came over but all way too late, I had had enough and was fuming.
I will go to another Skoda dealer and spend my money there. Do not bother with this showroom.

Updated Review from a previous one left about Peterborough Audi.
Today, we visited Bedford Audi and the service from Travis was excellent. From the initial phone call enquiry to test drive and order for a new car, Travis was professional, knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the whole process. Night and day from what I experience at Peterborough Audi (where we wasn’t even greeted in the showroom). Exceptional customer service wins every time for us. Thank you Travis and Bedford Audi!
First Class Customer Experience
We recently purchased a new vehicle from Northampton Audi and experienced a first-class level of service throughout the entire process. In particular, we would like to acknowledge Euan Craddock from the sales team, whose professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail played a significant role in making the experience so positive.

Visited Vindis Peterborough as I was in the market for a new car. Visited the showroom on Saturday afternoon (14th Feb) and it wasn’t particularly busy. I looked at 4 cars in the showroom and not one person said ‘hello’ or ‘how can I help you’. Walked out 20 mins later. So disappointed with the customer experience.
Visited Vindis Huntingdon
Visited Vindis Huntingdon for some guidance to do with my Tiguan,a lady called Shannon was very helpful and most polite she helped solve my small problem to register my vehicle onto the VW app and set my infotainment system up,she told me not to hesitate if I needed any help another time,I must say she was very professional and I’m certain she is an asset to Vindis in dealing with their customers, thanks Shannon.
*Senior management*
Not an elite car dealer, long story short after explaining my position and that I didn't want to waste time as you wont give me what I want for my car was asked if I would take Finance wich I said I wouldn't. I was questioned by a kid "Why I wont take finance" Whose business is that? Where is the training? BMW and Mercedes don't behave like that. I emailed Chris Hunt, Head of new car division my view on that. He didn't have the courtesy to call email me back. That speaks volumes.
*UPDATE*
Chris called me after I wrote this review. I have no words for how he argued with me. I had people in the car at the time, they couldn't believe it. I can only call it beyond clueless.
Review of Van Centre Northampton and VW…
Review of Van Centre Northampton and VW Vindis Group
I would like to share my experience with Van Centre Northampton and the VW Vindis Group regarding my long wheelbase VW Transporter, which has faced repeated problems since I bought it in 2023.
Right from the start, I reported engine troubles, particularly a metallic rattling sound that persisted even after replacing the flywheel. The van’s driving performance was unstable—several times, the engine shut down unexpectedly and dashboard warning lights lit up. Each restart required waiting roughly 15 minutes, raising serious safety issues. Alongside recurring battery problems (despite installing a new one), these difficulties meant I drove only about 2,800 miles over two years. Even professional efforts didn’t resolve the starting problems, and I was left unsure if all faults were properly documented. After numerous diagnostic checks at both this location and Milton Keynes Van Centre, my van finally broke down completely while coming back from the garage. Roadside assistance identified over 40 faults, and ultimately, the ECU failed entirely.
Unfortunately, the support offered by VW technicians was insufficient. My concerns weren’t treated seriously, and response times were consistently slow. Repair appointments were delayed due to limited availability, and executive office approvals took far too long. Staff often dismissed the severity of the problems, suggesting nothing was wrong, and seemed primarily focused on stalling rather than resolving my case. This attitude made me fear that my vehicle would run out of warranty before the issues were fixed.
Support was lacking overall. Although my van was professionally converted to transport food items with a fridge freezer, I was never provided with an appropriate courtesy vehicle. The standard explanation was a lack of fridge/freezer-equipped vans, and there was little effort to find alternatives or offer goodwill gestures. My business suffered numerous losses as a result. Moreover, I faced ongoing additional charges for repairs, vehicle hire, and storage, even though the underlying issues clearly stemmed from original faults. At times, staff shifted the blame onto the conversion company, despite their willingness to inspect and collect the vehicle from the start.
In summary, the staff seem to lack expertise and training to handle complicated vehicle problems. Relying solely on diagnostic tools is not enough, as these do not always reveal the complete picture. Ultimately, customers are left to deal with the consequences of inadequate service.
Due to my very stressful and disappointing experience, I cannot recommend Van Centre Northampton or the VW Vindis Group. Many other reviews reflect similar frustrations—honestly, a one-star rating is generous. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I advise seeking service elsewhere.
Not recommended at all, stay away !!!!

Great experience of sorting some simple and easily. Needed new battery to car key today and Stuart sorted quickly and happily and no cost
Terrible MOT booking
Booked an MOT following the link they text me which said it was confirmed at Northampton dealership. Drove an hour and twenty mins to find out it hadn’t been confirmed and couldn’t fit it in.
Previously had a fault that was clearing when the car was turned off. AA patrol man has said it was likely the boost sensor, but rather than check it their suggestion was to drive around and hope the light comes on and I’m near the garage.
Undisclosed stolen/recovered history – unresolved
I purchased a vehicle from Vindis Cambridge Audi in good faith, based on representations made at the point of sale regarding its condition and history.
After purchase, I later discovered that the vehicle had previously been recorded as stolen and recovered. This information was not disclosed to me prior to purchase, and I have since obtained independent documentation confirming this history.
A stolen/recovered marker materially affects a vehicle’s value, insurability, and desirability, and would have directly influenced my decision to proceed.
I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this matter directly with Vindis in a reasonable and constructive manner, providing evidence and giving ample opportunity for the issue to be addressed. Despite this, the matter remains unresolved.
I would prefer to resolve this privately and amicably, however given the lack of resolution to date, I feel it is important to document my experience so that other buyers can make informed decisions.
I am simply seeking an appropriate remedy in line with consumer rights and the facts now established.
NORTHAMPTON AUDI = NEVER AGAIN !
Absolutely woeful experience in trying to buy a near 40k car from these shysters. When the going got tough after I complained about a panel-gap to the drivers side bonnet/wing which was about 3mm difference to that of the passenger side, and being a silver car, stood out like a sore thumb..... and after my initial complaint, they all bonded together like school-yard bullies, from the salesman, two so-called managers, with terrible attitudes to the head of sales, who was no better. Also, the said car was advertised at £39,700 to which I negotiated a sale at £39,000 BEFORE I had noticed the panel-gap
They weren't prepared to do anything about the panel-gap and I was told verbally by two managers and the head of sales that, "this car isn't for me" (strange thing to say )and a further conversation with the head of sales who told me that the said vehicle has been taken off sale ?
More research by me, actually found the car for sale on AutoTrader for 3k MORE!
Aloofness, poor interaction and deceit and thats just for starters......so,I ended up going to SHEFFIELD AUDI to purchase my car......great customer care and sevice unlike the above.

Following delays in dealing with a complaint, I would like to thank the new General Manager, Ian Johnson, for his prompt response and resolution. Good to see a return of the high standard of customer care I associate with Vindis.
⭐️ 1 out of 5 - Very Poor Experience
It’s been a few months since purchasing a Polestar 2 from Three10 Automotive (Vindis), I’ve waited before reviewing to let the dust settle and to write a balanced review. The entire buying experience was extremely poor from handover onwards.
Several key details were misrepresented or not handled properly. It was stated and advertised that the car had a 360° camera, it does not. The performance figures were also stated incorrectly and based on the £975 Performance Upgrade, which was not installed. Despite being repeatedly promised the Battery State of Health report before collection, it was not provided and I was told on arrival for collection that I would need to visit Polestar myself. To make matters worse, the car was handed over with new dashboard errors, which I was again told to go resolve with Polestar.
I also emailed Three10 regarding the missing second key, as it was not included with the car’s documentation. I received no acknowledgement at all. Only after chasing was I informed that the vehicle simply did not come with one.
While the salesperson was polite in person, the overall sale was based on incorrect information and fell far below the standard expected from a high-end dealership. Any statement was made by the salesman just to sell the car! Instead of enjoying the vehicle, my first month of ownership was spent chasing missing details, correcting avoidable mistakes, visiting Polestar to complete maintenance issues and negotiating compensation.
A very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a professional dealership. I can not recommend Three10 Automotive (Vindis).
Successful car purchase today
Had a very positive experience buying my Tiago at Vindis Huntingdon. All the staff were approachable and willing to help. Jack was my sales contact and he was excellent, he listened to what I was looking for and respectful of my trade-in. The showroom is pristine and they have a very good range to view. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a VW!
Huntingdon VW Branch/Customer Service
Huntingdon VW Branch
The customer service I received today from Richard and the service team at VW was excellent.
My car had an oil leak and I was asked to return it after 500 miles to check if it was still leaking which it was, it was repaired, and given a drive and re-checked.
Richard was very professional, explained everything and was so helpful and is a credit to the team. Thank you.
