Every one bar one occasion of my car going in for service or something else there has been an issue over the past nearly 3 years.
This time I booked it on for an oil change, they weren’t able to facilitate for 2 months which is almost on the deadline of going over the 1000 miles limit. Last week I get a medical appointment, I called them and explained the situation, they were less than helpful and was told the next date they can do the oil change is Feb 25. I explained my situation further, in short they were useless so I asked for a call back from the manager. (This was Thursday morning) no call back so I called in again on the Friday and asked to speak to the branch manager, the person said he’s a new manager, he’s in a meeting but would call me back later. (Again no call back)
This company really are the low of the low, when my vehicle needs changing in a few months I will be looking elsewhere even if I have to drive completely out of area or alternatively choose a different vehicle type.
Tin pot outfit
I am in shock how Bedford Audi a reputable dealership I have used for the last six years can so quickly free fall into a tin pot outfit they are hiring young inexperience trainees in the service department who have not got a clue about customer service I ran out of oil on the M25 so I phoned and booked the car in to see exactly what was going on so I left the car with them overnight to check for oil leaks which I told them I already checked with putting cardboard underneath the car for 4 days so i knew there was no oil leaks after they checked for oil leaks they finally admitted they didn’t put enough oil in the car when they serviced it so I ask to see a manager in the morning before I picked up the car and shock horror there was no manager there to-greet me and explain why my car had no oil in it after being serviced by them !!! I felt sorry for the girl who came out to greet me she was clueless about the situation so she got another girl out of the office who said she was a sort of a manager she started talking to me and got the problem with my car all the wrong way round saying there was too much oil in the engine so I got up in disbelieve this was the blind leading the blind here obviously the training is not there anymore I then left with my wife upset and frustrated with a promised phone call by them from a manager later on in the day which surprise surprise didn’t materialised.The car mechanics there who are just as bad having serviced my car and forgot to top up the oil which left me driving around with minimal oil in the engine until the oil light came on having done only 500 miles I am just hoping this hasn’t damaged my engine I will not be going back as I would not trust them to be anywhere near my car again.
Service seriously gone down hill!
Very poor service! I had a monthly plan that covered my Servicing and MOT for my VW Transporter Campervan.
I thought the MOT was completed when I had the service. The point is, Vindis allowed me to run round for 9 months without an MOT. So much for a peace of mind care plan! Service has really slipped since COVID!
VW Huntingdon Commercial Vehicles
Booked a service through the VW commercial vehicle site, Vindis Huntingdon get in contact over a week later with incorrect details and not being able to offer the time I booked, they then blame the system and make out it was my fault. The attitude of the assistant was poor and this is the second time this has happened, why don’t VW systems connect to their dealerships??

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Awful, bought a Vindis car January, early Oct it breaks down needing 3.5k worth of repairs, they argued about the warranty, argue about the service plan.
Apparantly the details had not been sent from Cambridge to Bedford, loads of our time spent to resolve this, how is their internal paperwork my problem?
Told me the warranty work would take 2-3 months and provided a hire car, then rang a week later and told me it was done and I had to return it in hours or I would be charged. Told me it was insured until 18:00 for me to return it, Enterprise who they outsource too said it had been canceled by Audi at 12:00 so they were telling me to drive an uninsured car. Although the warranty work is now complete and they have finally recognised the service plan (that they up sold me) they still havent completed the service so I still dont have a car 39 days later.
Avoid them like the Plague, unfortunatly we are now having to approach solicitors

Just purchased a Audi A3 from Vindis peterborough. The service we have received from the first call has been excellent. Igor in the sales team has kept us informed at every stage as we live in Lincolnshire his updates have been invaluable. When we arrived to collect the car the reception team couldn't do enough for us.
Thank you for such a seamless process. I would thoroughly recommend Igor and the Vindis team at Audi Peterborough.

I was advised that my car, a demonstrator A1, had 4000 on the clock. When I collected it, it had 6000 miles, but
they refused to negotiate a reduction. Also, I didn't get the spare key, which was promised. I am still waiting 4 weeks later.

Car went in for a service on the Monday in September, stayed overnight to have new tyres, collected on the Tuesday. Driven home only and the next day Wednesday, the media system did not work properly. It kept trying to reboot but wouldn’t, unfortunately due to taking my daughter to A&E I was not able to contact the garage on this day. They were contacted first thing on the Thursday and the car was agreed to be taken in the following Thursday due to me being away. The car went in and put on their system and told a new media system was required and should be under warranty. Upon looking they confirmed it was out of warranty two months before and it would cost £2800 with labour to fix. This was argued as the car has low mileage and did not have any issues before going in. Was told to contact customer service, they would contact Huntingdon and come back. No news, chased, had to give them another 3 days, said hadn’t heard and would ring back, never did, rang again and said it was my problem. Very strange it went wrong with no issues beforehand. My cousin just purchased a new car and she had a problem with her media system but it rebooted, seems to be VW issue. AVOID THIS GARAGE
Was told I could wait for my vehicle in…
Was told I could wait for my vehicle in for MOT which would take an hour. After an hour was told they'd have to take the vehicle off site to do the MOT as their ramp wasn't rated for vans. Waited nearly 3 hours and even then the vehicle wasn't washed as offered and the odometer reading on the MOT certificate was incorrect - unfortunately one of a long history of poor service experiences but no other dealership nearby.....

I had a steering wheel fault along with the sos another dealership which wasn’t part of the Vindis group booked me in ordered the wrong steering wheel then messed me around to the point where I had enough as was busy with a house move I contacted vw customer care to help with my problem to which they said I’m now out of warranty ! But it was all recorded within the warranty time frame vw customer care line isn’t worth the time of day hopeless didn’t help what so ever !
Thankfully Vw Vindis Cambridge Robert and Edmond helped me with the problem where I was just about to give up hope with the
Vw brand I can’t sing their praises enough really happy with the help today they went above and beyond to deal with this stressful situation where Vw customer care line couldn’t be bothered, will definitely continue using them 5*.

Just spent 15 minutes trying to book a service. Asked for it to be done in a Saturday. Told service not open Saturday. Your website says you are open for servicing 08.30 until 12.30 on a Saturday. Blue chip company who can’t even advertise their opening hours correctly. Really!
VW Vindis Cambridge was amazing for everything
Just bought a car from VW Vindis Cambridge and it was totally fantastic. Service was great, it was such smooth sailing and such helpful staff. I was buying it solo and know very little about cars and it was absolutely superb, from the start and after I'd bought it too, the after care has been tremendous. Highly recommend. Ask for Brian!

I purchased an Audi with high hopes, lured by its reputation for performance and quality. However, my experience has been far less than satisfactory. Just a few days after bringing it home, I had to deal with some serious issues such as water leaking inside the car and the engine light unexpectedly coming on.
I immediately took the car back to the dealership, expecting a quick and thorough resolution. However, it's been a stressful three weeks and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any constructive progress. Despite numerous requests, they’ve neither been able to fix the problem, nor have they provided any sort of visual updates, like pictures or videos, on what work has been done or why the process is so delayed.
The ordeal is made worse, as it's not just me but my two young children are also suffering, reliant as we are on this car. The lack of clear communication and action from Audi dealership has left me feeling let down and frustrated.
Whilst I appreciate that issues do arise, what truly counts is how they are resolved. Unfortunately for me, my case seems to be stuck in a state of limbo, and I am left without a functioning car for my daily needs. I sincerely hope that Audi will consider my situation seriously and get my car back on the road as soon as possible. I believe in the brand and still hope they will uphold their reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
Not a clue
Bought a new car and the after sales is terrible. After picking up the car parts were missing and after chasing several times just to be ignored again and again. This dealership once they have your money they couldn’t give a toss.

Very poor after sales customer services
My experience buying a car from huntingdon Vindis was great however really disappointing customer service once the sale was done. Bought a used T Roc last November to discover earlier this year when the weather picked up that the air con wasn’t working. Popped in and was initially told they won’t be able to look at it for at least 8 weeks and I may need to pay for them to look at it if whatever is wrong is not covered by the warranty. At this point I was 9 months pregnant and not impressed and after expressing this I was booked in sooner. Seemed there was a leak and they replaced some seals which was covered under the warranty. However a month or so later it stopped working again. Eventually got booked in to be told it’s a leak related to corrosion and that is not covered under warranty and will cost close to £1000 to fix. The chap in the service department was understanding of the fact I had bought the car from them not that long ago, probably with the problem existing and said he would speak to the sales department and see if they can help in any way and get back to me. He never did get back to me and I have since emailed them and contacted them via their website but I have not had any response. The Volkswagen complaints team don’t seem to be having much luck with them either. Of course I am disappointed that I have been sold a car that doesn’t have working air con but I think the fact that I have now been ignored is what has disgruntled me most. I would have appreciated it if someone had looked into it and got back to me even if it was to tell me they cannot unfortunately do anything to help. Not a way to make a customer feel valued. I do wonder if I’d have been treated different if I’d spent more money on a new car. In the future I will take my custom elsewhere and I won’t be taking out the service plan I had intended. I also wish I hadn’t referred my parents to them who bought a car shortly after me.
Second abysmal experience.
Second abysmal experience at Bedford Audi and the last. The first was asking me to find a tyre and have it fitted as the ones on my Q5 were not on the list of their tyre supplier - despite the fact that the tyre in question was on the car when I bought it from them!
The second is asking me to wait 6 weeks for a diagnostics on a yellow engine warning light on complaining I was offered the chance to book it in and wait 6 weeks but for me to call the AA if the problem got worse!

SERVICE TEAM - LEWIS - UNBELIEVABLY GOOD
I arrived at Audi Northampton on 30/09/2024 whereby I had a minor fault with my vehicle, I was greeted by an apprentice called Lewis who was unbelievably good,
I was told on this day they had in excess of 50 vehicles to service, Lewis did his best to bump me up the queue due to my minor fault, although this was unsuccessful he tried.
I was informed I could be here until 17:30 hours, Lewis spoke to his manager
Lewis spoke to his supervisors and he went and brought me lunch, he regularly checked up on me throughout my time here and anything I requested was sorted such as WiFi access, in all the years I have owned different vehicles this is by far the best service I have ever received and I don’t think it can be beaten!
Lewis, you are an absolute asset to Audi Northampton.

I recently had mechanical issues with my Audi A6 Avant Quattro dealt with by Vindis Audi Cambridge. My visit was handled by Lucy Chandler. The service was slick, friendly and professional - my extended warranty was not quibbled, which is pertinent given that my car was in the workshop for nearly 3 working days. And the problems with the vehicle appear to be fully resolved.
Service Reception Bury St Edmunds
My visit on Friday 13th September for a service and MOT was made very easy. I was informed of a problem with two of my tyres by Tom at Service Reception. He then proceeded to explain the reasons why and advised me on the way forward.
I followed his advice with no problems.
