It's my second order
It's my second order. The first one was delivered partially with a huge delay (±2 months) and partially as a money-back.
Somehow, I decided to give this shop a second chance and made an order with multiple items. All items may be shipped in a short period of approximately 6-8 days.
Today, 16 days after payday, my order or parts of it, not even shipped.
I am angry at such a dishonest approach.
Vinello com de eu es pt etc... is the same system, just with a local SEO domain, and every customer should know how you operate your business. Reading other reviews, I am not alone here.

On 5 February, you placed an order on vinello.es with shipping from Germany to Spain.
The delivery time was 8 working days (Monday to Friday).
Unfortunately, the shipment was not dispatched until 24 February.
In the meantime, we have informed you about the delivery delay.
We regret the delay, but sometimes these things happen.
The goods were delivered correctly and safely.
It is correct that we operate regional domains for many countries. The reason for this is that not only sales taxes, but also certain alcohol taxes and regional legal requirements, such as age verification, must be complied with.
This is simply necessary.
Many customers in many countries are happy to be able to find (local seo) and to buy wines that are not available in their countries.

Muy mal. No cumplen el tiempo de envío y no hacen nada por solucionarlo. De 2/3 días y tardaron 15. No volveré a comprar con esa informalidad

Casi todo muy bien
Muy bien, pero la primera vez trajeron las botellas con alguna de las bolsas para llevar el vino Apothic, los cuales me gustaron mucho, me trajeron 6 bolsas en 2 cajas, y desde entonces pedi 8 cajas de 15 y ninguna mas, me gustaria recibir mas bolsas! Gracias!

Mala primera experiencia
Página web anticuada, muchos artículos agotados o quedan muy pocas unidades y mi pedido se entregará más de 1 semana después de la fecha de entrega prometida.
Me informaron del retraso por correo electrónico, pero no me propusieron ninguna compensación ni descuento para futuras compras, sólo una disculpa.
Y recibo el correo electrónico de evaluación ANTES incluso de que se haya entregado mi pedido. Eso tampoco les ayuda como empresa a obtener una mejor valoración.
En general, una mala primera experiencia.
