I did not receive a perfume I purchased. I have contacted vinted and I still have not received my€38.00 refund from vinted. I will not purchase on vinted anymore. Its not my fault I did not receive the perfume. Only last year I began buying on vinted. I am terribly disappointed. I never had a problem before with Alliexpress, Shein, or Temu

J’ai acheté deux jeux de société sur la plateforme Vinted. Le vendeur indiquait que les jeux étaient complets et me l’avait confirmé avant la vente. Après réception, j’ai constaté qu’il manquait l’ensemble des jetons ressources nécessaires au fonctionnement des jeux.

J’ai signalé le problème à Vinted et fourni les photographies demandées pour prouver l’absence des composants. Malgré ces éléments, la plateforme a clôturé le litige en faveur du vendeur et a autorisé le paiement.

Je considère que les produits reçus ne correspondaient pas à leur description et que ma réclamation n’a pas été traitée de manière satisfaisante.

terrible customer srvice from RANIA ,she has an attitiude liek a chat bot ,doesnt listen and she is not willing to solve the issue ,ashe closed the chat marking as solved which was not true.she should have changed the job if he -she is to lazy to deal with people

I received a Keratase Ole Relax product.
All looked perfect at first as it was in legitimate packaging.
However when I tried to use the product it was completely unusable; it was gluttonous, extremely thick and when I pumped it out it felt as if it had been around for about 10 years.
As is the case with Vinted once the product is delivered the buyer has no comeback at all regardless of what condition the product arrives in.
Vinted want NO RESPONSIBILITY at all for unsuitable, damaged or unusable products.

REFUNDED THE BUYER, ABANDONED THE SELLER
I have only given 1 star so I can leave a review.
I sold a retired Le Creuset butter dish and used the InPost locker service provided through Vinted. I scanned the QR code, the locker opened, I placed the parcel inside and closed the door. The entire visit is visible on CCTV.
The parcel never entered the carrier's system and was never delivered.
I was initially passed between Vinted and InPost, with each directing me back to the other. InPost advised that the parcel had not entered their network and that Vinted would need to investigate. After a few days of waiting, Vinted informed me that the carrier had concluded I had pressed the Help button and cancelled the sending process.
As a result, the buyer was refunded in full, I lost both the item and the sale proceeds, and the case was closed.
What concerns me most is that I received conflicting information throughout the investigation. InPost advised they were waiting for updates through Vinted, while Vinted later stated that the carrier had already reached a conclusion regarding what had happened. As a customer, I have no way of knowing where the breakdown occurred.
Despite repeatedly asking, I was never provided with any audit trail, transaction records or evidence supporting the conclusion. No one has been able to explain what happened to the physical parcel after it was deposited in the locker.
My disappointment is not about the monetary value. It is about the complete lack of accountability. The buyer was protected, but as the seller I was left carrying the entire loss.
I expected a proper investigation and transparency. Instead, I was given a conclusion without any supporting evidence and my questions were left unanswered.
Based on this experience, I would be extremely cautious about relying on Vinted's seller protection when something goes wrong.

While signing up and about to click Apple Card payment a pop window appeared and somehow I set up a subscription for £49 month to Market Coach.co a total scam.
Talking to Fraud at my Bank to try and sort out.

Vinted has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing platforms I have EVER used. My issue goes far beyond a simple bad experience. After receiving a defective item, I followed the procedures and rules laid out by Vinted, expecting the platform to provide the buyer protection it advertises. Instead, I was left feeling ignored, unsupported, and without a fair resolution. What concerns me most is the apparent inconsistency in how Vinted enforces its own policies. The rules presented to users seem meaningless when decisions are made that do not align with those same guidelines. It creates the impression that outcomes depend more on discretion than on the standards Vinted claims to follow. The refund process was equally disappointing.
Promises and expectations set by the platform were not reflected in the actual outcome of my case. Communication was poor, explanations were inadequate, and I was left with ZERO confidence that buyer concerns are treated fairly. As a buyer, I no longer feel protected when using Vinted. My experience has left me with the belief that defective items can be sold with insufficient accountability and that buyers may have little to no recourse when problems arise. I cannot recommend this platform and would strongly advise potential users to carefully consider the risks before purchasing through Vinted.

Customer support is unless and the way they have the address set up if I don’t have a zip code but an eircode it doesn’t allow you to add the address

It has been 16 days since I got vinted and 16 days I've been banned for selling shoes from shein that looks"counterfeit" they spend so much time in reviewing your appeal they took 14 days to read my appeal and now they've asked for me to take pictures of the shoe and it's been 2 days I cant with this so I sent a message and they just said thank you for your patience we are reviewing the appeal unbelievable experience,
Absolutely shocking.

Not a great site for sellers, not much protection on it, i was clearly scammed from France but Vinted took their side which would only help them to do it again.
I would not sell big items on Vinted for that reason.

If I can put minus 20 stars I would definatly do this . Worst customer support ever . More than 20 reports about fake staff . Please avoid.

I was robbed 175€ by a buyer on vinted. Philip62. Items wete perfect on delivery . Box had slight damage. They let him keep the items and refunded him his money.no return setup. Absolutely crazy platform. ZERO protection to sellers.

I am very disappointed I put something up for sale and they blocked me saying it was fake. I put pictures up but they told me it would take a while and 5 days have passed and nothing. Lack of seriousness, ok I understand their side but from my point of view you don't let me put the product up if I don't have the receipt but don't close my account.

New to Vinted, posted my first item and my account was immediately suspended for posting a counterfeit item! (A Vaude jacket that I had bought off Amazon). 4 days later I got a message from customer support asking for different types of photos - all of which I had already included in the original listing….

I’m the seller, sent item to the buyer, buyer did not pick up from InPost locker despite delivery confirmation. Item never returned to me. Told Vinted and they refunded the buyer. InPost did everything, the seller did everything but buyer didn’t collect, so buyer gets refunded! Customer services sends AI generated responses, awful company. Vinted is a scam

I am a seller first item sold, sent through Inpost, cancelled by Vinted despite posted at Inpost Carlton Goole, placed in box etc.unhappy buyer, absolutely no way of contacting Vinted, Inpost confirmed cancelled by Vinted parcel reference no longer works, I have no item and no money and no where to complain, item brand new worth £110 I wish I had sent it to a charity shop. Shocking customer service

Sold a phone on it and buyer said the package arrived empty, had proof of packaging and weight of it and the weight stated as it arrived in France, buyer raised an issue tried texting the buyer no reply he put an empty plastic package as the pics! Vinted sided with the buyer said it must of gotten lost in transit so buyer got refunded I’m down €100 and Vinted said there’s nothing else they can do and I’m not entitled to compensation as it was “lost” in transit in France.. Vinted was no help at all! Do NOT recommend to anyone.
