Viome has been one of the best


Viome has been one of the best investments I have made in my health. What makes it different is that it is not just another generic wellness program or one-size-fits-all multivitamin. It gives you real, personalized data based on your body and shows you exactly which foods and supplements are best for you.

For me, the biggest value was not just getting the results, it was using them. Viome gave me a roadmap, and I used that information to create a routine, build discipline, and stay consistent. I changed the way I eat every day in a realistic and sustainable way based on my results.

Since following my recommendations, I have more energy, less inflammation and bloating, improved digestion, and I feel better mentally and physically. I have also seen incredible improvements in my body composition, even while working out less than before. I track everything with WHOOP and body scans, so I have been able to see the changes and progress clearly.

I think some people get too focused on wanting immediate results, but the reality is that the best things in life take time. The science is there. I never got a response to my question

I never got a response to my question. I was suppose to be able to schedule a 1-1 meeting with coach but never got an email. I submitted question via support and no answer. Date of experience is approximate.

My first order was placed in February

My first order was placed in February. The order was canceled.

My second order on March 7th was charged to my credit card and was not delivered by end of day April 11th.

No number to call. Only bullshit chat bot.

Please refund the money charged in March for the one to two week processing since it was never timely received.

Of April doesn’t work out I’ll know you are not legitimate.

The supplements took much longer than expected to arrive, there was little to no communication about this unless I tracked someone down and I had to repeatedly initiate follow up over the course of several weeks.

Great Customer Service

We experienced a delay with the delivery at first, which was a bit frustrating. It was also difficult to find a direct way to talk with a real person, as most of the support channels seemed automated.

After trying several options, I ended up finding a contact email and reached out directly. From that point on, the experience completely changed. The support I received was excellent—very professional, respectful, and truly helpful. They handled my situation efficiently, and we were able to receive our UPS Track number.

I want to be transparent that we haven’t tried the product yet, so I can’t speak about its effectiveness at this time. This review is based solely on the organization and the quality of customer support we received, which has been very positive so far.

If you are trying to reach a real person for support, my suggestion is to contact them directly via email rather than relying only on automated systems.

Manage client expectations

Manage client expectations. I started my Viome experience on February 11th, and have had to call multiple times to see if/when my orders would be fulfilled. However, Viome has no problem charging my credit card promptly, one month ahead of any test response (which I understand) and supplements (which is an incredible delay). I had no idea that this would be more than two months befor I could start my new health regime. And all the emails I receive daily are useless until I start the supplement protocol. Save your surveys until clients have time to see results from your products
