It was lucky booking with VIP fly For the second time. Easy communication, friendly , and professional. I booked it to assist my mum who doesn't speak English but this didn't stop VIP fly from effective communication, the the credit goes to Chloe who was a great asset.

We booked VIP service for Departures + chauffeur service. Both were great. Thank you very much.

I was promptly contacted by the team about 2 days before my flight via whatsapp. We discussed about how many bags we have, the flight time, and the immigration arrangements.

Fran, Salah and Asif picked both of us up and were very outgoing, friendly and helpful. They helped us manage immigration which is quick.

They also helped collect all of our bags which was a lot. Everything was done in a very professional annd efficient manner. They also helped us parked our trolleys in Manchester Airport terminal 1.

If you want a great service, look no further than vip-fly. According to them, they just started this year but if you give them a chance with the concierge service and a reasonable amount of items to carry, I can highly recommend them.

So glad I came across VIP Fly when looking for assistance on Liverpool airport's website and booked it.
My Son has hidden disabilities and Tracey made the whole airport experience a breeze and took all stress away from what we usually encounter.
From meeting us outside the terminal to boarding the plane faultless.
Can't recommend the service enough. So much so I have already booked again for 2026.

I’ve used VIP-FLY’s both arrival and departure services for mum. They have been nothing but professional and exceptional. Special thank you to Haj from Manchester for being wonderful, helpful, just a gem of a human.

Jay who met us, had previously arranged with check in agent for our group of 10 (6 adults, 4 children under 7 years) to be checked in immediately we arrived; and had also previously arranged with passport entry agent to do the same. Jay also ensured the group was expedited through security taking the group straight through. We didn’t wait at either of the three stage.
It was an excellent service which was well worth the fee. I will definitely use this service on every trip going forward.

Highly recommended. My wife was flying back to the UK with my 2.5 year old daughter and 3 month old son, whilst I stayed back for work. Fortunately, I came across this service and couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. The booking was straight forward and communication with their team via email was pleasant (with quick replies). Big thank you to Asif who helped my family from the airport door, fast track through security (which means a lot at Manchester airport!) and assisted with all luggage. I booked the VIP Fly Service at Birmingham Airport for my parents, and the experience was fantastic once again. Jay looked after them from the moment they arrived at the car park until their flight took off. She was so kind, helpful, and made sure they were comfortable the whole time.

She took care of everything and made sure they had priority service throughout the airport. My parents felt really well looked after, and it gave me such peace of mind knowing they were in good hands.

This is the second time I’ve used this service, and it’s been amazing both times. Huge thanks to Jay — I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

I travelled from Manchester Airport terminal 2 in the early hours of the morning and was assisted by Chloe, who was very patient, kind and helpful. I use a walking stick and have problems with anxiety in crowded situations, travel alone, and found the whole experience so much easier with VIP-Fly. Chloe handled everything for me, from checking in my luggage, getting me through security, helping me to do a little shopping in Duty Free, settling me in the 1903 Lounge for breakfast whilst she went to check the route to the departure gate to see if I would be able to walk it, and then returned to take me to the gate in plenty of time for me to walk slowly. There was never any rush. She checked that my luggage had been loaded onto the plane and arranged for early boarding for me because of my difficulties. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so patient. Thank you Chloe! I will definitely use the services of VIP-Fly again. Knowing that as a solo traveller you have someone at your side who will handle any problems that arise, really does take the stress out of travelling through the airport.

VIP Fly provides a splendid service.
It is commensurate with the relatively small size of BHX. Very good and considerate communications, flawless escorting through formalities and, for customers who want none of the "noise" of airports, this is the way to go!

It was great as I got off the plane, my service person was right out side with my name board with a huge welcoming smile. She helped me all the way smoothly while making sure I am comfortable to walk or if I needed a break. I am sad that I forgot her name, she collected all my bags,dropped me outside and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied.

Made our experience of getting through the airport much more seamless and enjoyable, the perfect start to our holiday. Thanks so much!

I got in touch with Simon and the team whilst moving to China with no less than 22 suitcases! On top of this, we also had my wheelchair-bound mother travelling with us, along with my 20m old son, and I was hobbling around in crutches following a severe ankle fracture! The team were standing waiting for us at the airport taxi rank upon our arrival and dealt with literally everything from assisting with luggage through to getting us all checked in and transported to the gate to board the flight. This took all the stress out of the journey and I’d highly recommend them for the incredible service and very reasonable price! Absolutely 10/10! Thank you all so very much 😁😁😁

I had booked the service for my mother in law, Marina was amazing she contacted us 1 day before to ensure where and what time we would meet, she helped completing the whole process and was with her till she was boarded into the flight.
