Ibby was an absolute lifesaver, travelling with 2 young kids and the recent horror stories of Birmingham Airport we are so grateful we came across VIP Fly.

Ibby greeted us with a smile at the unearthly hour of 3am after his courtesy call to inform us he was in the Novotel lobby earlier than planned. He assisted us with our 3 large suitcases to the terminal.

Our journey through the airport was seamless, bypassing all of the queues for bag drop, passport control and security. This left plenty of time to spare to chill out which after all is what holidays are about!

We will 100% use VIP Fly again in the future, it’s the best money you could spend when heading away in need of a seamless journey, thanks again Ibby!

I was travelling with my 80 year old parents and a 4 year old. Although we're all very used to travelling, the last few years post covid we have only travelled from smaller (relatively hassle free) airports. This holiday was from BHX and whilst it isn't the biggest airport, the hustle and bustle and size was very daunting as I was responsible for 3 people relying on me.
I booked the VIP meet and great and cannot recommend them enough.
We were met at our car door with a trolley and were whisked straight through to check our bags in. We were escorted past extremely long queues to get upstairs,fast tracked straight through passport control and security with no bother at all. The new security scanners were explained to us in detail. We were sat down and ensured we had a nice relaxing hour before being escorted to our gate. We even had our carry on bags carried on the bus. Our flight was slightly delayed, but our escort ensured we had all the information we needed and put our minds at ease.
The whole process was a joy and not the stressful time I had mentally prepared myself for.
I cannot recommend this service enough. The quality and customer service was exceptional and if anyone wants a relaxing start to a holiday, then this is the company to contact. I will definitely use them again and they certainly made us feel like VIPs.

Only 4 stars given as we haven't yet travelled. I had problems with the booking website but these were sorted out with one phone call, and, surprise surprise, the call was answered by a human being immediately (no options to plough through!) Very helpful person who followed up my call later to check that all was well. Brilliant service- so far . . .

With 2 children and a lot of luggage the help we received from Andy and his team made the airport experience a great start to our holiday.

All was hastle free and great experience.
The call centre was not up to date with the condition and was difficult to get them talk to.

The service provided by Mr. Andy was excellent. He helped me throughout the process, from the air bridge until my valet he was there throughout. I was traveling with a muscle injury and it was very kind of him to take care of my luggages. I would highly recommend VIP FLY if you would like to travel hassle free.

This was the first time using the VIP service at Birmingham Airport and it did not fail from a customer experience preceptive. When I made the booking within 24 hours I received a call confirming the booking and an introduction to the individual who will be looking after me. - Andy.
The communication from the initial booking to day of my flight was seamless, professional and nothing seemed like a big ask. Andy was absolutely superb and having professional individuals like Andy representing the brand is a credit. Andy was absolutely fantastic to getting me the information I needed, getting checked in and advising me of the process. The whole experience was seamless and I highly recommend Andy for anyone who truly wants that personalised professional service. Thank You Andy 🙏🏼

We had a family of 11, including 4 children and a baby. Jay and Andy assisted us, and we're absolutely superb, so accommodating. Met all three different parties of the family, whisked us through check-in (straight to the front), then straight to the front of the express lane for security, assisting us with bags all the way, then re-met us when boarding was ready. Such a great comfort, friendly and professional. Superb!

We arranged for my uncle to come and visit us from Paris to Birmingham to ensure he was well taken care of.  The service we received from Andy was professional, very well organised and stressed free. Andy ensured he contacted me as soon as he was with my uncle. Upon my uncles return to Paris Andy ensured his journey back went smoothly and kept me updated untill he boarded the plane. We would definitely recommend this service. A special thank you to Andy.

We used VIP fly from Birmingham to San Francisco via Dublin. We had 9 cases, 3 carry on and 3 backpacks. Andy called the day before and arranged an extra van to take our cases to the airport. After we were dropped off at check in, Andy was incredible, sorting check in cases, helping us through security, taking us into the lounge and then collecting us when our gate was called. This level of service for the price is the bargain of 2023! Thank you so much Andy for making our relocation so stress free.

I used the service at Birmingham Airport and was assisted by Ibby who provided a fantastic service. Hassle free - he collected me straight from the plane, fast tracked through immigration and assisted with all of my bags straight to a taxi. Great conversation too - I would highly recommend the service.

Fantastic service ! I was informed all the steps of the arrival of my guest , very well organised , made my mums trip such a stress free event . Will definitely book their services again in the future .
