Minor issue resolved promptly!
I just received my second order from this company and again, they delivered a beautiful bag and a belt. I ordered the lilac Louis NeoNoe and the compliments I get for it haven't stopped. It is a beautifully made bag. The boxes and dust bags look exactly like the real deal. I noticed that my bag was missing the center strap. I reached out and responses are fast, courteous and the item is being sent out to me. These guys are top notch. Believe it or not, I have a legit Gucci belt bought at a Gucci store. Most important, the Chanel product I bought is beautiful, seems original, is very high quality, and the packaging is just like Chanel. Even included a Chanel shopping bag! Both gorgeous. Fraudulent. Do not waste your money âŠ
My bag was guaranteed to have shipped several times over an almost one month span. Azura is the representative I have dealt with and they cannot provide accurate shipping information, instead going back and forth between a tracking number from Dubai and one from Hong Kong. When they were called out with screen shot documentation, they offered a refund if the product was not shipped. Needless to say it has not shipped in almost 30 days, and they are now refusing to issue a refund. I have reported them to my credit card processing company for fraud.
Edit: they responded that they have contacted me and they absolutely HAVE NOT. I have received no emails attempting to make this right or anything else.
