Great customer service! Quick to respond and the VR games were super fun, lots to choose from.

Great communication from Graham from the outset. The equipment arrived 2 days later, was easy to setup, and worked well. Easy to return the gear too with the pre-printed return label and packing instructions.

This was an awesome experience. Hired the twin oculus set for me and my daughter and we loved it.

Haven't done VR before but the instructions and the games were easy to set up. Good selection of apps and games. Overall, I highly recommend for kids birthdays.

The delivery and return process was also super easy and safe.

Hiring the VR set was a breeze! Right from the initial enquiry, where Graham was super helpful and accommodating!
The set arrive exactly when it was supposed to, and the instructions that come with the gear is so well laid out and easy to follow, that even somebody “technology challenged” such as myself, was able to set it up easily.

We hired an Oculus Quest 2 for a weekend party. The unit arrived well in advance of the date so we had plenty of time to set it up and test everything, not to mention the extra time with the unit. Graham was great to deal with and everything went smoothly.

Our first time venturing into the VR world was easy and trouble-free thanks to Graham and the VR Rental team! We rented an Oculus Quest 2 for my son's 13th birthday, and we all loved the experience, especially my son! Being new to VR, I wasn't sure how easy it would be to set up and use, but the excellent communication and instructions made the process simple and problem-free. I was a little apprehensive at first to rent a headset out. I felt my needs were a little different to what was being advertised. My intention was to give a headset a bit of a try out before I go ahead and buy it from a retailer. I have to say, I did not need to hesitate. The service provided was speedy, well communicated and well thought out on part of the business owner. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of wanting to give a headset a go before committing and would not hesitate to use this service again.

If you're anything like me, you're reading this review because you're on the fence about renting VR sets (for whatever reason). Let me tell you that you really can't go wrong here. This is hands-down the best and most stress-free rental (talking about anything you can rent) experience i've ever had. Think of something nice/useful during the rental process and i guarantee you this team provides it.

We rented two Quest 2 headsets over the long weekend, it was amazing! The gear for sure but also how easy VR Rentals made it, got the sets 3 days earlier than planned and could use them immediately, extremely detailed how-to guides, access to so many games and apps we never got near trying everything. I'm sure you've had crusty rental gear once or twice but those headsets were immaculate and fully charged right out of the box.

It's my 3rd time hiring with Virtual Reality Rentals. I've had a great experience every time. Graham has lots of selection with different VR headsets, games to hire, and all the equipment you could need if you don't have a PC capable. He also personally responds promptly to any emails, is great for trouble shooting and friendly customer service. Everything comes well packaged and secure with step by step instructions for set up, FAQ's and also how to repack it at the end with custom packing in the box already. I've recommended hiring from Virtual Reality Rental's to a lot of my friends. Thanks again for another great VR experience! Will definitely hire again.

We rented VR gear for 5 days for our sons 10th birthday on a spur of the moment decision. It was over the new year period so was unsure about courier timeframes and received a message within minutes from Graham providing an option to pick up as he lived nearby. It worked out fantastically and was a hit with the kids over the holiday period. Graham’s communication is top notch and would definitely recommend this to others.
