Quickly received order

Easy website to navigate. The items are of excellent quality. Shipping was fast to Hawaii.

I have called twice about an issue what I purchased and have not received a call yet.

Sent several tickets to try and return an item that doesn’t meet my needs but theres no number to call or even a return tab. Don’t buy anything here unless you know for certain it’s what you need!

The tool I ordered(RP28)was delivered with parts missing ( the cutting blade, attachment screws and sole). An email quickly solved the issue as I was sent a new tool complete and also a replacement blade which is great!

My only issue is now I have two sets, but one is minus the sole and screws and I don’t know what to go with the extra part I’ll never use as it is brand new. Thanks - Dave

Quick turnaround from date of order to delivery. Also, very well packed…no damage.

I am very pleased with the tools that I bought from virutextools. My initial order was lost by ups. Virutextools found out what happened and immediately sent out a new order. Thank you very much.

The website was easy to use. The edgebander works great and was delivered promptly.

I cannot give 5 stars at this time because my FC116U arrived loose in the crate it was sent in. They clamped the unit to a 2x that pulled through the nails and screws that were holding the wood. There is a damaged piece that I believe they are replacing, a $1.00 item. I haven’t used it yet and am hoping that is the only damage. I would suggest adding packing material inside the crate. I’m no engineer but I wouldn’t send a machine like that.

Great Product! I absolutely love my new Edgebander!!!

Answers to online questions were answered promptly. Order arrived quickly. I ordered the lipping planer. It worked as advertised. Results were excellent.
Note: I would pay extra for a storage box if one were offered.

The handheld banding machine just doesn't work well and I would like to return it. I think its a good idea but it just doesn't work well.

Still missing part of my order. Rest my order was delivered and was all good. However I need the wrench I order to install the knives..I did email the company but still haven't received a response.

The Mortise Jigg works great is well designed and no one else makes it
