Disappoined-I purchased four sets. In one set the large gasket it significanly larger than that the other two that I opened. Two of the larger gasket separated their bond. I tried to glue one back, it did not work our well. You, can say that I am a bit disappointed at the quality control and consistency of gasket sizes.

We have never had any problems with these gaskets; you may not have known how to install them correctly.

Recently bought the FR129VB hinge


Recently bought the FR129VB hinge mortising router. It came with a 1/4 in. bit and 1/4 chuck collet in the router itself. This bit/collet will work great for standard barrel hinges. I am going to be using the router to mortise SOSS,Simonswerk hidden hinges which require a deep mortise. There is a larger 5/8 plunge bit/bushing that came with the router that is needed to mortise the pocket.I ordered a 218 SOSS template and was all ready to start routing. Come to find out the bigger bit needed for the SOSS,Simonswerk,etc., hinges needs a bigger chuck collet in the router! Now why wouldn’t this $22.95 collet be included in the bag that the router bit was in? I now had to order that piece so I could use the router! Needless to say the customer service was very rude and said he “didn’t understand what the problem was”! Anyways, I paid $925 for the router,$47 for the template and now I need to order the 8mm collet-$32 including shipping, so that I can use the tool. I know I am gonna love the tool, but the collet should be included so I can use the bit that was provided!Or inform customer they with need to purchase!

Virutex will NOT respond to "chat"
Virutex is great at selling tools, customers are on their own after that

Thank you for detailing the issues you are experiencing with the FC116U. I will forward all of your comments and suggestions to the engineers at the factory to see what solutions they can offer for the problems you are encountering.

I have been selling these machines for 40 years, and I assure you that very few customers have encountered this type of issue. A blade or a screw can break for any number of reasons, but not with the frequency that is happening to you.

We are at your service. If you need me to send you any additional shafts, screws, or bits, please let me know, and I will gladly send them to you.

$1K Door Stop

71 year old, experienced DIYer here. Bought a pricey, $1K Virutex TM33W combo miter / table saw early January 2025. I’M USING IT AS A DOORSTOP NOW. Had knee surgery in late January, so didn’t even unpack it til springtime. (Outside the return window.) Complicated saw to set up, but I did. Used it maybe 10 times before it died - full stop - right in the middle of a project. Tried EVERYTHING. Spent stupid amount of time trying to resolve. Re-read owner’s manual, watched videos etc. Decided to contact Virutex. No customer service phone # posted on their site. No live chat. Filled out their online contact form twice. Sales mgr, Cesar Betancourt, contacted me via email (eventually) with advice that didn’t work. Even sent Mr. Betancourt a video displaying my efforts that was ignored. Begged for someone to actually call me and help me troubleshoot over the phone. Ignored. I was never able to actually speak with anyone from Virutex on the phone. I requested a refund. Ignored. I have the e-mails to prove all this. Finally gave up in frustration and dissatisfaction

This guy didn't bought insurance


This guy didn't bought insurance against theft, my my product got lost during delivery and I lost my money $700

1. All our packages with Fedex are insured 2. The package was delivered to your doorstep as you confirmed in an email you sent us and you saw the photo that Fedex says it was delivered. 3. Fedex is not responsible after delivering the package since the insurance is no longer valid if someone took the package it is not our fault or Fedex's. 4. You did not lose the money because you made a chargeback to your credit card and they took the payment from us. 4. I recommend the next time you try to defame someone you do it with real evidence and not based on LIES which makes us doubt your honesty 5. We had thought about leaving this but after your Review I just sent all the evidence to the bank to recover our money which I assure you we will recover sooner or later. Have a great day!
