John helped me when I had a question about continuing from my previous prescription. He was kind, clear and made the whole change feel much less complicated. Shipping was quick after everything was reviewed.

I wasn’t sure which provider to choose because there are so many options now. What made me stay with Harbor was how easy it is to actually reach someone when I have a question. The communication has stayed consistent since my first order, and I’ve never felt rushed when asking for help. Deliveries have also been reliable and properly packed.

This company seemed legit but their customer service is rigged. I received one order from them without issue. They assured me that no refills would be sent out without a refill form, but yet they charged me again without this request, refusing to refund my money (even though nothing had been sent on their side). They then said there was a $100 refund fee. There is no way I could find to cancel my account or stop automatic refills without the customer service chat, which is when I was given false information. When I contacted my credit card company with photos of the errant chat, they *finally* refunded my money. Cannot recommend them.

A friend recommended Harbor to me and I decided to give it a try. The medical intake was simple, I received clear updates and my first order came sooner than I expected. Jordan also helped me with a question after my order was approved and was very patient with me. So far the experience has been really good.

I initially received a welcome text from John, which I loved.
The biggest down side I have found is occasional delays in responses/ assistance.
Once I reached back out to John, however, he helped get me back on track immediately.
I still recommend them. I do feel the responses, pricing, packages are honest and not a "bait and switch" situation I have experienced with other services.

Been with Harbor for a couple of months now and the service has been very consistent. Tracking comes through quickly, deliveries have arrived when expected and I’ve always been able to get an answer when I needed one.

I switched to Harbor from Embody about 3 months ago and am very pleased with the service. Harbor has been honest through the whole process. There really is no hidden fees like I had encountered with Embody. Today I spoke to Rocel and she was very very helpful with charging my payment method and offered money saving bundles.

Helped with fast answers and service, I am left satisfied.

I recently started taking my Tirzepetide, and it is the evening of my second dose. I didn't realize until tonight that each bottle had different instructions and I was confused about the dosage. It's almost 10pm EST but I figured I would give the chat a try. Rocel responded within a minute, answered all of my questions immediately, and wrote out a clear, concise breakdown of the timeline and dosage amounts I should be taking. Rocel was also so kind and a pleasure to work with. My customer service experience with NativeMed has been great so far and I would recommend this program to anyone! Thanks again, Rocel!!

My sister had been using Harbor and suggested i look into it. I finally signed up and the process was much easier than i expected. Rocel answered one of my early questions and was lovely to deal with. Since then, everything from tracking to refills has gone smoothly.

I’ve had nothing but great experience with this company always very quick to answer my questions. I’ve had no problem receiving my Tirzepatide, I signed up one day and by the next day I had it. John always response very quickly to my answers and I appreciate that a lot so if anybody’s looking to lose some weight and do it with a great company, I definitely recommend this place.

I’ve used other program before and just felt like on my own island. The customer service is harbor is next level both support and providers. Questions are responded to with rapid response within hours at most. Needing to up your dose great no problem costs stay the same unlike many programs that keep raising the prices with the doses. Plus there is no monthly membership to get this level of care.

Very good customer service for questions or concerns about the delivery of GLP1. The costs are reasonable also.

I am also happy that a medical provider is available to answer any questions about my medical health that might interfere with the medication.

Harbor so far has been a good company to work with and if you think you would want to go on Semiglutide or Terzepitide, trust them.
