Ordering my GLP-1 was simple and stress-free. The price is very affordable, and I really appreciate that it doesn’t increase over time, which is a huge plus for me.

I was looking for information about my subscription and wasn’t able to find it on the current patient portal that is offered. Denrou was able to produce the information fairly quickly and informed me that they will be updating their patient portal to include this information moving forward. Implementing patient feedback is a critical piece of the healthcare experience and I appreciate Harbor Health’s reaction to a simple request.

Customer service is kind and understanding!

Starting a health and peptide journey is definitely scary. Harbor’s helped by answering all my questions, and having a clinically safe and documented process for formulation. The most important part of this health journey is making sure where you’re sourcing from a reputable and safe place. Harbor impressed me with their years of background + extensive list of awards and certifications. I’ll definitely be using them for future orders.

This is my first time ordering with Harbor, and so far so good. The Physician and John have been very responsive to my chat inquiries.

John was amazing. He addressed my issue right away and fixed the problem. He was thorough, polite and made sure all my questions were answered and took the time to answer my questions not related to the problem I was having. John is wonderful!!

Had some issues with shipping but the harbor care team went above and beyond! They were communicative the entire time worked with me to make sure everything arrived properly and genuinely seem like they cared. I actually could not think of another company that has such good energy in regards to not only trying to fix the problem but actually fixing the problem. I will 100% be working with Harbor again in the future and recommending friends and family who are looking for a service like this in their direction. Only complaint the assigned doctor was very much useless, go ahead and ask your questions or whatever but the doctor is really only there if you're having like a semi emergency ngl.
