there was a slight delay of obtaining the report but this was an IT problem which very helpful humans sorted out on the phone! now aa
I can take the scan report to my GP for discussion about the next step.

Very caring and professional
From making the first contact with Vista Health to the time we left having had my MRI scan dealt with a caring and professional manner.
Also to have the results (although one that I was not expecting) within three days was brilliant, pity it takes the NHS so long to get results through on top of a 20 week waiting time for the NRIS scan hence why I went private at a very reasonable price and speed of having the scan/getting results.
Pity the parking arrangements are not the same.

Positive experience from start to finish

Efficient
Efficient. Great value. MRIs are available within a few days, and results are back within two days. Very helpful, can speak to someone on the phone very easily. I went to Nottingham, a purpose-built wing and a large modern MRI scanner.

The booking process was quick and easy
The booking process was quick and easy. The scan itself was explained to me in detail and I was looked after by very professional staff who put me at ease. The results were very detailed and I received them within 3 working days.
