I've been using Visum to get my properties marketed online for several years. They are really convenient and easy to use, and most important effective.

Website is excellent, especially for managing enquiries. For the response levels, impact and features, there is no other comparative that delivers the outcome.

I am a private landlord and I have use this website regularly, it's easy to use and I usually find a tenant quickly. Telephone support is also avialble

The great thing about Visum, for a landlord, is that you are in control over the ad - what photos are used, if you want to change them etc. It means you're not having to go through a third party or having to chase other people to get details put up, or change. Similarly you have a record about who has made enquirers about your property and can keep a tab to ensure everyone has been contacted. With an estate agency you have to 'trust' this has been done, this way you know.

I have been a long term customer of Visum, advertising many properties with them.

Unfortunately, we had a major problem with an EPC which meant that Visum cancelled our paid for advert.

When we had rectified the EPC problem (after a number of months) we were looking to reinstate the advert.

The total lack of understanding of a customers position from the call centre was shocking. I understood that all good businesses are built on long term trust and compromise but I found them unhelpful to the extream.

Sorry, Visum - you need to sort yourself out.

I will be looking elsewhere to advertise in the future.

Works really well every time as they post on all the main websites. The interface is a bit clunky but it's worth persevering:)

Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing

Visum was simple to use and we were able to advertise on the main property portals. We prefer to manage the property ourselves and meet prospective tenants but with visum we have the reassurance that the tenancy agreements and referencing checks will be done correctly.
Recently helped my mum sell through a certain purple estate agent and the online system was a nightmare compared to visum.

We've used visum 3 times now and been happy with the service. Would recommend.

I have been using this company for years for advertising my 2 rental properties. I originally used local, high street agents who continue to deduct fees years after the tenants have moved in. In contrast, Visum have saved me £1000s. Their terms are straightforward, their web site design and performance is excellent and their pricing policy clear and extremely competitive. I have always achieved very quick results and, by wording my ads accurately and honestly, have avoided wasting time with viewers that are misled by agent-speak. If you're put off because you haven't heard of them, don't be - you will not be disappointed.

Would recommend to any 'amateur' landlord looking to market their own property. My flat rented out in less than 48 hours. The site was so quick and easy to use, and I was able to get my flat marketed across all the major property sites such as Zoopla and Rightmove just by filling out one form on Visum. Ability to get EPCs and tenancy agreements (latter was free of charge) was also invaluable, as was the ability to safely respond and correspond with prospective tenants via their messaging system, rather than my own email. I will never struggle with multiple sites again! Thank you!

I have been using Visum for a couple years now for all our houses. I’ve used a few other company’s before I found Visum and in my opinion they are far the best and why I continue to use them.
Their site is very easy to use and simple to upload photos. They are quick to respond with communication when necessary.
Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Visum for many years as my preferred route to get my rental property onto the major property portals. Rental fees are competitive for the basic advertising options that I use. There is also reasonable support available from the team at Visum if you have any difficulties with using the VISUM website. Happy to recommend the service

You really can sell your house for £150! The ability to edit your advert whenever, with immediate effect, was very useful. You get the advert onto all the major sites, which is all you need, no expensive agent involved.

Don't book a viewing pack with them. They're fine for advertising as you pretty much do everything yourself anyway but absolutely do not book a viewing pack. We paid £335 for unlimited viewings and spent lots of time chasing them because they didn't book any of the that viewings we requested, when they finally did, they were booked in only 15 minute slots all on the same day - I could have paid only £99 for a block booking on one day if I wanted that. When I asked for a partial refund so that I only paid for what they had provided they said no. Also the process of getting the keys to them was dodgy to say the least. It took them days to send us instructions as to how to send them, then it was just to some residental address

I have only ever used Visum since I've been letting houses. They provide a great service which is good value and very efficient. Well done Visum!
