I liked how quick the company was…
I liked how quick the company was responding to my enquiries and the price provided for the service. The only problem was that they weren’t clear enough about some details which cause further issues with processing the document. I believe the company should improve their communication because when asking about something they omitted some information which could have offered a better and smoother progress of the transitional process.

Thank you for your feedback – it’s always helpful and allows us to improve.
That said, we would like to clarify that no information was ever omitted:
On 30/12/2024 at 11:55 AM via WhatsApp, we clearly recommended that your mother should attend the appointment at the consulate.
On 07/01/2025 at 1:21 PM, you received two emails (in copy) clearly stating that non-European parents must be identified in person when requesting a passport for a minor.
Unfortunately, both instructions were ignored.
We always do our best to provide accurate and complete guidance, but it's essential that clients read and follow the instructions provided. If this does not happen, it’s not fair to attribute the resulting complications to poor communication on our side.

Ho contattato Marco via Whatsapp in un giorno di festa ad Aprile . Non riuscivo prendere appuntamenti x rilascio passaporti x 4 adulti nella mia famiglia .Da un'anno che stavo provando senza successo. Ho subito ricevuto risposta e chiarimenti x ogni domanda. Dopo 3 giorni abbiamo ricevuto emails con inserimento sulla lista d'attesa e due settimane dopo abbiamo ricevuto emails con le date al Consolato di Manchester x fine Agosto. Grazie Marco e Vivere Londra staff! Il servizio ha un costo ma niente stress per noi! Merita!

Don’t use this service, I had a terrible experience.
I have had a terrible experience. I didn’t particularly received the service I have paid for. I paid for 2 services and I received one. Also they don’t take responsibility for the terrible service they have provide. I would never recommend to anyone. Don’t use this service as they charge a lot of money and don’t provide the service you have paid for.

We are sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, your review does not accurately reflect the full picture of the service provided — all of which is fully documented in our WhatsApp and email correspondence.
You purchased a discounted package that included three services, as outlined below:
1) SPID registration, later replaced with an AIRE address update (discussed by phone on 25 September and confirmed via WhatsApp) — successfully completed.
2) Passport application:
- First appointment booked and completed on 24/09/2024.
- Second appointment booked and completed on 21/10/2024 — free of charge.
3) Tax Code request (Codice Fiscale) — offered completely free of charge and not completed solely because you repeatedly changed your AIRE account credentials, which made it technically impossible for us to proceed.
We genuinely regret not being able to make every client 100% happy. Your satisfaction is always a top priority for us.
However, in some cases, and especially with bureaucratic procedures, we rely on the client’s cooperation for the service to be completed successfully.
In your case, we encountered several obstacles:
- No response to critical messages during key stages
- Delays of up to 15 days in providing essential documents
- Refusal to follow our instructions, under the assumption that our guidance was incorrect
- The need to explain the same concept up to five times, which is absolutely fine — we are always available for any question.
However, we do expect a minimum level of collaboration to ensure the process can move forward efficiently.
Despite these difficulties, we always responded with professionalism, clarity, and patience.
Two out of three services were delivered in full, and the third — offered for free — was not completed due to factors outside of our control.
We remain available for any further clarification, and we trust that those reading will see the facts clearly and understand our genuine commitment to providing a reliable and honest service.
