We’re so pleased to hear how much you love the fabrics and fit, and your kind words about the Jenny cardigan made us smile, what a collection!

You’ve also raised some really helpful points around sizing, pricing and care, which we completely understand. Many of our pieces are made using traditional methods and include details like structured tailoring or internal boning, which is why some styles are dry clean only. That said, we do aim to offer pieces that are made to last and can be worn for years.

We also love hearing your thoughts on future colours, it’s always helpful for us when planning new collections.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I’m sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced.

I want to clarify a couple of points to avoid any misunderstanding. We are still operating fully online and processing all returns through our designated returns system, so nothing has been abandoned or left unattended.

Regarding your return, we do receive items back via Royal Mail returns routes, and in some cases delays or failed delivery attempts can unfortunately occur outside of our control once parcels are with the carrier. However, once a return is received and checked in our system, refunds are processed promptly.

I’m very sorry if you feel your messages were not responded to, that is not the level of service we aim to provide. If you are still waiting for a resolution, please do reach out again with your order details so we can ensure this is looked into and resolved as quickly as possible.

We appreciate all feedback, even when the experience has not been a positive one, and we are continuously working to improve both communication and logistics.

We are a small, design-led brand focusing on made-by-hand production rather than mass manufacturing, which naturally affects availability.

I’m also sorry if our communication came across as unhelpful, that is not the experience we want for our customers, and we are always working to improve this.

Our collections are produced in very small batches, made by hand in a local London factory, which means availability can be limited and restocks are not always immediate. This is part of our focus on craftsmanship and limited-edition production, but we appreciate it can be frustrating for customers trying to secure specific sizes.

Regarding your experience with order updates and communication, I’m very sorry this has not met expectations. Customers should always receive clear and timely information about their orders, and we will be reviewing how these messages are managed to ensure better consistency going forward.

We also take your point about responsiveness seriously. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, we understand that delays and repeated follow-ups are frustrating, and this is something we are actively working to improve.

We work on very small-batch production, with all pieces made in limited runs in a local London factory, which means stock can sell out quickly. This approach is intentional so we can focus on craftsmanship and quality rather than mass production.
