Ich habe mir im Herbst den Regenmantel bestellt, da ich mit meinem neugeborenen Kind bei Wind und Wetter spazieren musste, damit es schläft. Die Designs von vivimari haben mich sofort überzeugt und als es dann eine Rabattaktion gab, habe ich zugeschlagen. Ich liebte den Mantel, er passte ganz bequem über meinen dicken Winterparka.
Einmal habe ich den Mantel allerdings an unserer Garderobe aufgehangen anstatt ihn über den Kinderwagen hängend zu trocknen. Bitte macht das nicht! Der Mantel ist an der Kapuze, an der er hing, eingerissen. Das Material verspricht also mehr als es halten kann. Der Kundenservice hat mir vorgeworfen, dass der Schaden anders entstanden sein muss. Die Kommunikation fand ich nicht gut.
Fazit: hängt den Mantel nicht auf, dann ist er toll!

Great products, great customer service

I bought the reversible khaki jacket with the olive and blue leopard print which is great quality- really warm - I absolutely love it! I would suggest size down as they do run big. I bought the bucket hat to go with it.

I then bought the rain poncho to go with the hat……Sent this back! For £89 I expected something better than a rain poncho from Alton Towers! Incredibly poor!

I’m still giving 5 stars as the reversible jacket is my Best Buy of 2025!

Auf den ersten Blick hatte ich an der bestellten Regenjacke nichts auszusetzen. Sie sieht super aus und ist aufgrund des beiliegenden Beutels sehr praktisch. Allerdings ist sie bereits nach wenigen Malen, die ich die Jacke nur getragen habe, an einer Stelle nahe des Reißverschlusses leicht eingerissen. Außerdem ‚schwitzt‘ die Jacke unglaublich stark, sodass die Kleidung darunter zwar nicht vom Regen nass wird, aber von der entstehenden Feuchtigkeit darunter. Ich würde die Jacke nicht weiterempfehlen.

I ordered a poncho, it took quite a while to arrive. Unfortunately I found it to be enormous and although the quality was ok I certainly didn’t think it was worth the price. Decided to return it - the process was overly complicated and extremely slow, I had to chase up by email three times before I received a refund. The original postage plus return was charged at £9 so all in all it was an expensive and disappointing experience. Absolutely would not order from them again.

Lieferung dauerte 8 Tage und kam daher zu spät für den gewünschten Gebrauch und Vivi Mari bestand auf die Rücksendekosten. Somit weder Empfehlung noch zukünftige Direkteinkäufe.

I purchased a rain poncho from Vivi Mari primarily for travelling. The poncho design is good and it easily fits over other outerwear and a backpack. It folds up nicely and has a pouch to store it in. All good to easily pack.
The material is flimsy and blows around in a light breeze but this keeps it light for packing.
Unfortunately, the product I bought leaked badly on the shoulder seams. My shoulders and down my arms on both sides were soaking wet after walking in the rain on a short hike.
I contacted Vivi Marie customer service asking for help and advice on how to waterproof the seams.
I was asked to send photos of the seams, inside and out. They told me there was nothing wring with the seams so they could not help me. This is a bold statement given the seams let in copious amounts of water.
I then asked if they could send me some waterproofing tape so I could put another layer on the seams. They said they could not send tape or help me in any way.
This is not how I expect to be treated after paying more for the product than warranted by the quality and having worn it once to find it is not fit for purpose. If I can’t rely on it for protection from rain the poncho is of no other use.
Consequently, I cannot recommend this product and suggest you spend slightly more and buy from a proven rain garment provider.

It’s not waterproof. Just walked 30 mins in moderate rain and I am very damp.
Nice design, light and easy to pack. But if it’s not truly waterproof it’s not really useful in anything other than a light shower.

I ordered and received the waterproof poncho promptly. I like the design and the fact that it's lightweight. I've used it a number of times in the last 18 months. I particularly find it useful in Winter as an extra waterproof layer in heavy rain over a less waterproof anorak. It should be perfect in summer as comfortable rain protection on a hot day however it is not fully waterproof, so although it is better than nothing, it does let some rain through and I'm am left in slightly damp clothes. I like that it fits over a small backpack and so keeps backpack and handbag protected but why doesn't it offer better rain protection? For the price I'm disappointed about the level of rain protection but for everything else about the design I'm happy.

Absolutely helpful and professional! Bought a few items from the UK and was surprised how easy it was to return an item (I’m to large 😂) and that I didn’t had to pay any return fee.
The quality and look of all items are brilliant 🤩 and I will definitely order again as I love the ethos of the company too. ❤️

The design is great but quality and price ratio is definitely out of proportion. Raincoat fell apart after second wear, for 89€ it’s really disappointing.

Jacke, die ich bestellt habe (Ultra Light Jacke) ist meiner Meinung nach total verschnitten. Fällt, von der Seite betrachtet, wie ein A, und sieht einfach schrecklich aus.
Habe Fotos ans Unternehmen gesendet und um Kostenübernahme der Retoure gebeten. Keine Chance... Es wurde argumentiert, dass die Jacke loose fit geschnitten ist, aber mit loose fit hat das nichts zu tun!
Das war sicher meine letzte Bestellung bei VIVI MARI!

The rucksack is nice...except that any tiny bit of rain will collect - and stay - in the front pocket. It's officially not waterproof (as the snotty, highly unpleasant customer service will remind you) but I have never had a zipper that leaky. I still use the product, just empty the pocket at any sign of drizzle.

I like the gilet or body warmer . Like the lining & the pattern , ofcourse you can wear it both ways . Like the zip & the high neck line . All in all it's a lovely piece.

Lovely product, packed well and arrived quickly. This is the second waterproof as I always receive compliments when wearing them.

The raincoat is just ok. It was thinner than expected and I didn't love it so because of the hefty price tag I decided to return it. Now I've emailed on six occasions and Vivimari won't reply or help. I've started the returns but can get no postage label. Six emails and no returns is just rude and unnecessary. I will not be stuck with this £90 raincoat. I want to return it!!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The products are absolutely gorgeous and the quality is fabulous. Would highly recommend.
