Diana was great and very attentive! I was a bit worried after reading a review about it being painful but it was absolutely fine. She was informative, and provided me with detailed insight to the treatment. I think Diana was very honest and helpful. Definitely would recommend

Misbah was wonderful! Made me feel so relaxed and had me laughing! New to the area so she told me about places I could go to. Felt like I had a tour guide while I was getting my treatment 😂😍

Well I had a really simple a straight forward experience. The polite atractive young lady explained the whole process carefully, with confidence. And followed everything she explained.
There were no surprises. It was what I was reading about. And the procedure was carried out flawlessly. Quite straightforward really.
I can’t wait to see the results. I already feel the results. There was no after pain no hidden surprises. I already see some kind of results. I can’t wait till they actually take effect to see what it looks like.

Kim was amazing put us at ease and was very informative. Would visit again. Not a big issue but would have been nice if the space was more luxury for the time spent in there, comfortable chairs while waiting drinks machine.

Kimberley at Sheffield is a lovely lady and so knowledgeable. She is a credit to Vivo and totally put me at ease and explained everything that was happening she is so professional.

I've had chin freeze, chin reduction and FR eye lift. The experience was mild. No pain. The practitioner puts you at ease and explain to you everything patiently. The results are yet to be seen so I'll come back for a review about results.

What a wonderful experience with professional beauty therapist! I did hifu treatment with eyes and neck treatment as well . My face becomes so sharp and different after several pains ( yes hifu is a bit painful but definately worth to do when you look at your face in the mirror ) 。 reliable company with 100% satisfaction! Will definately come back ！

I have had 2 sessions of HIFU with Cherie and it has been brilliant. I can see instant results and after my first session I had a lot of people commenting on my skin. I'm getting married this year and Cherie has recommended a timeline with treatments which will have my skin looking its best. My mum, sisters and a few friends have since booked HIFU after seeing my results. I can't talk highly enough of Cherie!!

I had the fat freeze, supersonic chin reduction and radiofrequency eyelift by Cherie. She was a lovely girl, explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and would definitely book with Cherie again. It was not sore at all and the chin reduction i could see right away. The eyelift was very relaxing indeed.
