Great service from start to finish with Hannah

My experience with vision Autos was a good one, I was helped by Hanna who was very helpful and guided me through the process, taking her time to give me options and explain patiently even if I thought it was a silly question. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Got a fair deal finance which I am happy with. I would recommend vision autos any day any time.

Outstanding and amazing service given to us by staff member Hannah who was extremely lovely and helped us throughout our entire interaction. She was also super patient with us and did her best to make all the processes and steps easier so we are extremely thankful.

Hannah made the process extremely easy and helped me get the best possible finance option to purchase my car. I would highly recommend using her services.

Excellent service from start to finish. Hannah kept me updated throughout even finding me a better deal than the original one offered. Working late on Friday/Saturday to get everything sorted for me. Car picked up Tuesday. Excellent

We cannot recommend Hannah R enough. She went above and beyond, was thorough, professional, kind, efficient and helped us secure a new van within 24 hours. Every part of the process was explained, she stuck to her word and always rung or messaged when she said she would. Hannah was with us every step, helping sort through the vehicle choices, contacting dealers and sorting the finance. We have a perfect new van at an affordable price and are beyond grateful for her services.

Her attitude, hard work and passion shows through and she is an enormous credit to the company. We will always recommend Hannah and Vizion finance and will be our first choice if and when we need finance again.

Avoid at all cost...

Absalute shambles of a company... never answer phones never return calls from email request.

Second time timing chain has been done within 30.000 miles as I had to give dealership first chance to repair that they had done incorrect now bk to square one and same problem again... car pin parked on drive for 7 weeks now un road worthy. Had to pay for independent inspection from scocia who have said its their responsibility to cover costs to have repaired and still not getting any answers... absalute shambles of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS... DONT RISK IT AT ALL....

Dishonest and unprofessional. Don't use these or trust them. Carlos lied to me and mislead me in my quest to find a car. Weeks wasted..
Get your finance through a dealership where you can speak to someone face to face and there is accountability.

What made my experience great was that the company took the burden from me and helped me searched for the car I wanted. When we found the car I wanted, the company liaised with the car dealers, negotiating the price etc
Also the finance the company offered me was tailored to meet my needs. They listened to me and I was not pressured in any way to take any product I did not need. Am very happy with the service offered and I will definitely recommend friends and family

I will never use this company again!!
The customer service I have received is disgraceful. Everytime I call they cannot give me any update or they can’t put me through to the complaints manager who is dealing with my complaint. he never calls back when he says he will. I got this car and have had nothing but problem and only had it around 5 and half months. The cars timing chain snapped and wasn’t recovered until 3 weeks later, the case has been going on for 6 weeks and I’ve been left with no vehicle and because I’m going through a rejection they wouldn’t help me with a hire car.
I have lost 4 weeks of earnings at work as it’s impossible for me to get to work. I also paid £210 for a service on the car when I purchased it as it was advertised with full service history but it wasn’t. It’s cost me £100 to cancel the car insurance, and all the finance who work with vision are offering me is £100 compensation. They had said I won’t get any money back for loss of earnings or the service. There also charging me mileage which I understand but the mileage was not only used by me it was the dealership too.
I would definitely not recommend this company they are rude and not helpful at all. There communication is shocking. All there bothered about is receiving there payments for the finance. But how is anyone supposed to pay this if they are not of work and only receiving half pay!
Its not even worth 1 star but I after choose it to be able to post this

They advertise their Apr rates as 9.8% for those with an excellent credit score (which I have). When I found my dream car they came back with a rate of 14.9%! No thanks, the car dealer managed to beat their quote by 4%.
